2. Kasir/Pramuniaga

Kualifikasi :

  • Lulusan SMA/SMK sederajat
  • Usia 18 – 25 tahun
  • Bebas Covid-19 (Melakukan Rapid Test Antigen ketika dinyatakan lolos tahap akhir)
  • Bersedia bekerja sistem shift & hari sabtu/minggu ata hari libur nasional

3. Teknisi Listrik

Kualifikasi :

  • Usia 18 – 25 tahun
  • Lulusan SMK Taknik Listrik/Elektro
  • Paham mengenai kelistrikan, diutamakan berpengalaman sebagai teknisi, namun terbuka bagi lulusan baru
  • Bersedia tetap bekerja hari sabtu/minggu atau hari libur nasional dengan mengguakan sistem shift
  • Bebas covid-19 (Melakukan Rapid Test Antigen ketika dinyatakan lolos tahap akhir)
  • Penempatan di Distribution Center (DC) Super Indo Ciakarang

4. Buyer

Responsibilities :

  • Buyer sources new sources and review existing items and vendors to ensure products remain competitive in term of price, quality and availability

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Minimum GPA of 3,00
  • Fresh graduates or maximum 3 years working experience in buying/purchasing
  • Have good analytical and systematic thinking
  • Have good communication and negotiation skill
  • Detail oriented person
  • Computer application : Ms Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

5. General Accounting

Responsibilities :

  • Create store accounting transaction journal and control & review data in General Ledger

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, from a reputable university with good academic result
  • Minimum GPA of 3,00
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in related field
  • Strong knowlege of financial
  • Have a good ability of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Has a strong analysis and detail accuracy

6. Compensation & Benefit Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the payroll process (all items salary) every month and ensure the salary transfer process goes well and accurate

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economics and Industrial Engineer
    is preferable with minimum 1 year experience as a Payroll Specialist (Tax Brevet as a value added)
  • Minimum GPA of 3,00
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
  • Have a good ability of Ms Office (especially Excel least know about lookups, pivot, and filter)
  • Able to create reports with both (graphs and analysis)

7. Organization Development Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver people and organizational development strategies and the management of change to support the organization’s strategic and operational plans.
  • Providing information, advice, and service as required and working with teams acros the company to support a continuous organizatioanl performance improvement program

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, certified in HR or OD and Having knowledge in Hay and/or Mercer methodologies preferred
  • Have minimum 3 year of working experience in the OD field

  • Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Management Law, or Psychology

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the strategic and effective management of the sourching, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all positiona in the company
