PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) adalah perusahaan ventura bersama antara PT Astra International Tbk dan Isuzu Motors Limited, dan merupakan agen pemegang merek Isuzu serta produsen kendaraan, komponen, aksesoris, dan suku cadang merek Isuzu di Indonesia. Distribusi kendaraan Isuzu kategori commercial vehicle (CV) ditangani oleh IAMI, sedangkan untuk distribusi kendaraan Isuzu kategori light commercial vehicle (LCV) didukung oleh PT Astra International Tbk – Isuzu Sales Operation (ISO) salah satu divisi operasional Astra, saat ini PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) sedang membuka lowongan kerja.

Serta untuk menjadi manufaktur kendaraan diesel kelas dunia, Isuzu Indonesia berinvestasi pada pabrik kendaraan kelas dunia yang hadir di kawasan industri Surya Cipta, Karawang, dengan luas area 300.000 meter persegi dan memiliki beragam fasilitas lengkap dengan total luas bangunan 208.000 meter persegi dan kapasitas produksi maksimal pertahun hingga 80.000 unit.
