Berdiri pada 1990, kegiatan bisnis Garudafood telah dirintis sejak 1979 oleh pendiri perusahaan melalui PT Tudung Putra Jaya (TPJ), sebuah perusahaan di Pati, Jawa Tengah, yang memasarkan produk kacang yang kemudian dikenal sebagai Kacang Garuda (Garuda Peanut). Saat ini, Garudafood memproduksi dan memasarkan produk-produk makanan dan minuman dengan enam merek terkemuka, yakni Garuda, Gery, Chocolatos, Clevo, Prochiz dan TopChiz. Sejumlah produknya mencakup biskuit, kacang, pilus, pellet snack, “confectionery”, minuman susu, bubuk cokelat, keju dan salad dressing. Garudafood mengekspor produk-produknya ke lebih dari 20 negara, berfokus di negara-negara ASEAN, Tiongkok dan India.

Saat ini PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Regional Logistic Head

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengontrol, mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan gudang (infrastruktur, fasilitas dan peralatan) dan pengiriman produk dari Depo sampai ke customer dengan tujuan memastikan kondisi barang sampai di tangan customer sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku dan tercapainya pemenuhan kebutuhan sesuai dengan permintaan customer.
  • Melakukan pengelolaan ketersediaan dan kondisi stok di gudang dengan berkoordinasi ke DC sesuai dengan standar Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Pangan yang berlaku di setiap principle dengan tujuan memastikan tercapainya pengiriman produk ke customer sesuai dengan standar.
  • Melakukan dan mengontrol penarikan retur dari customer dan proses pemusnahan bad stock sesuai dengan prosedur di setiap principle dengan tujuan memastikan produk yang rusak tidak disalahgunakan.
  • Memastikan dan mengawasi pengiriman produk terkait pemenuhan permintaan customer dengan tepat waktu dalam kondisi produk sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan di setiap principle dengan tujuan memastikan pengiriman sampai ke tangan customer.
  • Mengawasi dan mengevaluasi pengelolaan infrastruktur gudang dan armada pengiriman sesuai dengan standarisasi operasional yang berlaku dengan tujuan memastikan proses operasional dapat berjalan dengan baik.
  • Mengontrol dan mengevaluasi kinerja vendor 3PL atau outsourcing dalam penyediaan jasa layanan logistik dengan tujuan memastikan vendor tersebut menjalankan operasional sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur yang berlaku.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan S1 jurusan Teknik Industri, Logistik, Manajemen
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang logistik pada level posisi yang sama
  • Pengetahuan Khusus:
  • Memahami konsep dan teori Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Menguasai aplikasi terkait Warehouse Management System (WMS) dan Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Memahami standar Good Warehouse Practice (GWP)
  • Bersedia penempatan di Tanjung Morawa (Sumatera Bagian Utara)

2. Cost Accounting Supervisor

Recrutiment :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, a higher degree or relevant certification will be an advantage
  • Have more than 5 years of experience as a Cost Control in a previous role
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with best practices and regulations in accounting and financial areas in a manufacturing environment
  • Motivated, able to work independently, proactive, result-oriented, and high achiever
  • Good communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities :

  • Track actual costs against budgeted costs and investigate any discrepancies, ensuring that projects stay within the approved budget
  • Perform monthly stock opname and evaluate stock opname result
  • Checking and reviewing project inventory transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Suggest improvements for effective and efficient budget consumption
  • Reviewing budget proposals from each division through cost and benefits analyses
  • Monitor actual performance against budgeted activity, investigate variances, and prepare monthly budget versus actual financial analysis
  • Vetting budget requests for merit and authenticity
  • Collaborate with factory managers and stakeholders to collect and review product cost data, ensuring accuracy, and completeness
  • Analyze cost data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize company spending

3. Financial Analyst

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related, Master’s in Finance or MBA would be a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience as a finance professional
  • Experience with financial modelling is a must
  • Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
  • Abreast of industry updates
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proven leadership abilities

4. HCBP Analyst

Requirements :

  • Experienced as HCBP/HRBP/OD for at least 1-2 years
  • Possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering
  • Have extensive knowledge of Human Resource Management
  • Good understanding of Labor Law
  • Expert in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work on-site at Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities :

  • Analyzing, recommending, and implementing organizational and HR development and management strategies in partnership with Directorate and Division leaders:

5. Food Applicator

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Membantu pelaksanaan laboratory trial dalam pengembangan produk, evaluasi bahan baku & uji stability
  • Membantu evaluasi hasil laboratory trial & factory trial
  • Melakukan trial di laboratorium untuk pengembangan produk
  • Membantu monitoring bahan baku, produk hasil trial dan sampel-sampel
  • Membantu pembuatan laporan trial
  • Membantu management sampel

Kualifikasi :

  • Background study di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan jurusan pertanian atau teknologi pangan
  • Fresh graduate

6. Food Technologist (Dairy)

Requirements :

  • Possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in the dairy industry / snack industry / confectionery industry for at least 3-4 years as Food Technologist, R&D, QA, QC, or Production is a must
  • Good & fluent communication in Indonesia and English
  • Good understanding of ingredients and processes in the dairy industry
  • Innovative & creative

Responsibilities :

  • Development of products related to milk and other beverages – including formulation, process design, costing, conducting trials in both laboratories and factories, as well as preparing standard documents and monitoring product quality
  • Ensuring and monitoring standards, quality, and food safety for both products and processes
  • Support in product innovation
  • Support for maintaining existing products, saving costs, and product & process improvement
