PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air)

Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter, memegang Air Operator Certificate AOC 135-028. Berdiri pada tahun 2004, Susi Air mulai beroperasi dengan 2 pesawat pada bulan Desember 2004, Operasi di Medan dimulai pada tanggal 27 Desember 2004 sebagai respons terhadap gempa bumi dan tsunami yang menghancurkan sebagian besar wilayah tersebut. Lowongan Kerja PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air).

Sejak saat itu, 2 pesawat secara permanen berbasis di Medan, dan setelah awalnya menyediakan penerbangan charter untuk organisasi bantuan, pada tahun 2006 Susi Air mulai mengembangkan rute terjadwal yang berbasis di luar Medan. Perusahaan telah berkembang secara signifikan di luar Medan juga. Saat ini, Susi Air mengoperasikan 49 armada pesawat, terdiri dari 32 Cessna Grand Caravan C208B, 9 Pilatus PC-6 Turbo Porter, 3 Piaggio P180 Avanti II, 1 Air Tractor AT802 “Fuel Hauler”, 1 Piper Archer PA-28 dan 1 LET 410 untuk pesawat sayap tetap. Operasi helikopter dimulai akhir 2009 dengan 1 Agusta Westland Grand A109S dan 1 Agusta Westland Koala A119Ke bergabung dalam armada pada Maret 2010.

Susi Air memiliki 20 basis operasional utama di Medan, Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Bengkulu, Jakarta, Pangandaran, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan, Malinau, Kupang, Masamba, Manokwari, Biak, Nabire, Timika, Jayapura, Wamena, dan Merauke. Operasi didukung oleh total lebih dari 140 pilot, 75 insinyur dan mekanik pesawat terbang, serta 650 staf darat dan pendukung lainnya.

1. HR GENERALIST

Qualifications :

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in all major form reputable university
  • Minimum experience 1-2 years as an HR Generalist
  • Outstanding knowledge of Ms Office, HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Verbal and written English communication skills is a must
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Work well under pressure
  • Skill in multitasking and have excellent organizational skill
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Job Descriptions :

  • Recruits, interviews and facilities the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skill and competencies required for openings
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
  • Implements new hire orientalist and employee recognition programs
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation benefits and level, performance management, productivity, and morale, occupational health and safety
  • Performs other duties as assigned

2. HR RECRUITMENT

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • Minimum experience 2 years in aviation company or related field
  • Experienced in end-to-end recruitment process
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
  • Able to conducts psychological testing and explain the result to users
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop and implement recruitment plan, including all recruitment process and regarding organizational development
  • Ensure recruitment processes are in accordance with procedures based on recruitment policy
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment process from screening to exit interview & off boarding
  • Ensure that all employee have job descriptions and coordinating with all user
  • In charge for talent acquisition including talent pool management

3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Qualifications :

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related Major from reputable university
  • Maximum age 25 years old
  • Familiar with accounting software
  • Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
  • Able to work individually and whitin a team
  • Work well under pressure
  • Creative, innovative, and have a good character
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Skilled in multitasking
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Able to work in agile environment
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Graduate SMA/SMK is minimum
  • Agend within the range of 18-27 yers

  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Verbal anda written English communication skill is a must
  • Work well under pressure
  • Can operate Microsoft Office
  • Easy to adapt with new environments
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
