1. Area Sales & Distribution Manager

What you will do :

• Manage and control General Trade (GT) Channel
• Develop and implement sales strategies, key initiatives guidelines, and plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Maintain and develop a relationship with the existing customer or new channel partners
• Analyze selling-in and selling-out data, program, and sales growth
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, distribution metrics, and market trends for management review

What you will need :

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in all majors with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
• Have experience in sales and distribution areas from FMCG Company
• Willing to do traveling

2. Audit & Compliance Supervisor

What you will do :

• Execute the strategic implementation of the Corporate Audit & Compliance Division to support the effective corporate audit and compliance functions in assisting management in analyzing emerging business risks,
• Create an effective internal control environment and support good corporate governance implementation.

What you will need :

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university, holding a CIA as an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years as an Internal Audit Staff from FMCG Company
• Understanding risk management, internal control, standard of IPPF, and basic accounting and finance is a must.
