Revenue Assurance Analyst
Description :
- Revenue Assurance Analyst objective is to conduct end to end execution of Revenue Assurance controls covering risks across XL Axiata’s line of business
Key roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for execution of Revenue Assurance controls allocated to the personnel as per the defined frequency and ensuring quality in the deliverable through
- Timely receipt of data from all source systems
- Validation of the accuracy and completeness of data from all source system
- Control execution per the agreed schedule
- Analysis of control results to identify exceptions
- Root cause analysis to identify issues and incidents
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders from business and close looping the issues identified
- Support in incident management process(war rooms) relating to revenue and cost impacting issues
- Logging of the issues in the prescribed manner, format and system
- Quantification of the leakage risk relating to the incidents identified
- Oversight of the incident resolution, ensuring service levels have been met
- Responsible for updating the compliance status dashboard on daily basis
- Responsible for providing inputs for overall FRAME monthly management reporting
- Assistance in Internal and External audit management through data sharing, providing audit support, review and input to audit findings and ensuring an optimal audit outcome
- Assist Fraud Management with investigations where required and highlight any findings to Fraud that requires Fraud to investigate
- Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives by providing inputs regarding operational improvements required and new control design required for operational implementation and providing support in internal improvement roadmap
Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience in Revenue Assurance operations / Internal Audit of RAFM in telecom Sector or at least 2+ year of experience in a complex, technology oriented industry
- Good knowledge of telecommunication industry service path & revenue path
- Strong knowledge with internal control and governance systems and environments
- Strong data analytical skills
- Good knowledge of SQL, Talend, and Power BI
- Basic knowledge of Python, RPA and AI ML is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Financial and Management accounting is a plus
