PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia (HCMI) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di dalam bidang manuaktur Excavator dan Manufaktur Heavy Equiment Components. Kami memiliki kapasitas produksi sampai 5.500 unit untuk Excavator Mid-size dan Excavator Ultra large 247 unit per tahunnya. Lowongan Kerja PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia. 

Di pabrik Cibitung, fasilitas dan peralatan modern dipasang untuk memastikan kualitas produk yang memiliki kualitas yang sama dengan yang diproduksi di Jepang atau pabrik Hitachi lainnya di belahan dunia lain. Produk jadi harus lulus uji berat dan uji operasi berat yang dilakukan untuk menjamin daya tahan produk Hitachi yang diproduksi di Indonesia.

HCMI sangat menekankan pada kualitas dengan kontrol proses lanjutan untuk mencapai pengetahuan proses, pengalaman, fleksibilitas dan integrasi adalah kata kuncinya. HCMI membuat produk dengan mempertimbangkan kata kunci ini mulai dari tahap pengadaan bahan baku, proses produksi hingga produk jadi.

Saat ini PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Customer Support, Quality Plan & Audit

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelore degree or Diploma degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering or other technical to related
• Fresh Graduate are welcome or Have minimum 2 years working experience as Quality Assurance especially Customer Support, Quaity Plan and Audit Job in Manufacturing Company is an advantage
• Understand about read technical drawing, ASME, Manufacturing process & Production flow, and can handle Management System Audit such as ISO9001 is an advantage
• Familiar with Ms. Office (intermediate Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Power point)
• Could communicate in English is a must or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest, and work hard, quick learner and responsible
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat

2. Design

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree  in Mechanical Engineering or
• Fresh graduated are welcome or minimum 1 years working experience as Design Staff is an advantage
• Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
• Experienced in using NX CAD Software is an advantage
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat

3. Japanese Translator

Qualifications :

• Education : D3 Japanese Literature
• Having a minimum 3 years experience as Interpreter and proficiency at level 3 (JLPT N3) is a must
• Familiar in Ms. Office (Ms. word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
• Good communication in English is an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually
• Hard Working, discipline, humble, target oriented, highly motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat

4. Mandarin Translator

Qualification :

• Education : Minimum-D3 Mandarin Literature
• Having a minimum 1 years experience as Mandarin Interpreter
• Familiar in Ms. Office (Ms. word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
• Good communication in English is a must
• Proficient in Madarin both verbally and in writing
• Able to work as a team and individually
• Hard Working, discipline, humble, target oriented, highly motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat

5. Production Engineering

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree  in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Fresh graduate are welcome or 3 years working experience as Engineering Job
• Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
• Familiar in using AutoCAD 3D Software is a must
• Familiar with Design Calculation of Pressure Vessel and ASME Code is an advantage
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat

6. Quality Assurance

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelore degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh Graduate are welcome or Have minimum 1 years working experience as Quality Assurance Job in Manufacturing Company is advantage
• Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
• Experienced in using i-Reporter and Power BI Software is an advantage
• Familiar with Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Powe Point)
• Could communicate in English or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest, and work hard
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat

7. Quality Control

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience related to Quality Control
• Have knowledge/experience in basic programing or good in measuring skill using CMM, ULM, Calibration System, and ability to use Autocad Application.
• Good English both verbal and written communication skills (able to speak Japanese is an additional point)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat

8. Test

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree  in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Fresh Graduated are welcome or have related experience is an advantage
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat
