1. Android Developer

Job Description :

  • Design and build applications for the Android platform.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Write clean, stable, documented and tested code.

Qualification :

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field. Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or IT preferred.
  • Or have engineering wisdom equivalent to 2 years of progressive experience
  • You have experience in one/more of these programming languages/platforms: Java / Kotlin, Android SDK
  • You have experience estimating the scope of projects based on high level and ambiguous requirements/business goals
  • You have experienced 1 full software lifecycles
  • Published/distributed at least 1 apps

2. Back-end Engineer

Job Descriprtion :

  • Develop clean and scalable codes/APIs
  • Continuously improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our backend systems
  • Review and enforce security best-practices for all internal and external services
  • Collaborate closely with the other engineering teams to ensure an overall efficient architecture of our product
  • Research and recommend testing and automation tools
  • Remain up to date with state-of-the-art developments in your software field and share your knowledge with the wider team.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • You will be a part of autonomous squad that contains; Product Manager, Frontend Web Dev, Android Dev, iOS Dev, Backend Dev, QA Tester.

Qualification :

  • You have bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field. Software Engineering,

3. Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description :

  • Building and managing infrastructure, running on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services
  • Administers and maintains scalable and distributed site infrastructure, including load balancers, proxies, web and application servers, SQL and non-SQL databases, and our data warehouse.
  • Install, configure and manage server monitoring tools like Zabbix, Newrelic, Prometheus, etc
    Install, configure and manage supporting applications like HAProxy, MySQL, Nginx,Jenkins, Consul, Rundeck or any other necessary apps.
  • Deploy internal Apps with Ansible
  • Implement any custom scripting if needed
  • Create and provide a detailed documentation for every task
  • Working with software engineers to deploy code regularly
  • Enhancing monitoring tools across our servers

Qualification :

  • Have a good understanding with agile methodology, people management
    Have a minimum education as bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, informatics system, and etc.
  • Have a minimum 2-5 years experience as DevOps engineer

4. Account Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Menjual produk lion parcel ke perusahaan-perusahaan, khususnya industri retail dan e-commerce
  • Melakukan closing pelanggan dan melakukan maintenance pelanggan
  • Melakukan analisa produk dan dapat memberikan solusi bisnis untuk pelanggan
  • Dapat memenuhi target penjualan yang ditetapkan perusahaan
  • Membuat laporan mingguan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan

Kualifikasi Minimum :

  • Laki-laki atau perempuan berpenampilan menarik

  • Membuat laporan harian dan melakukan Monitoring Shipment Corporate Account, Maintenance Corporate Account
  • Mengembangkan bisnis Corporate Account dan Lion Parcel

Kualifikasi Minimum :

  • Usia 27-35 tahun
  • Aktif dalam menggunakkan bahasa inggris (listening, speaking, writing)

6. Customer Insight Analyst

Job Description :

  • Analyze customer and mitra FIRC (feedback, inquiry, request, and complaint).
  • Report Customer Insight to Lead for daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Make Improvement, service Inovation and Incubation.
  • Generate insight for Customer Management stakeholder in order to make data driven decision making.
  • Create a tableau dashboard for operational monitoring.
  • Responsible to report Customer Insight to related department in biweekly and conducting meeting with them for giving insights and finding solution strategically to reducing incoming in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible in charge reporting to Mitra regarding maintaining company’s issues that came from customers and mitra.
  • Part as Customer Management representative, and be part to many strategic internal projects, such as internal benchmarking and raising customer awareness

Kualifikasi Minimum :

  • Minimal Pendidikan S1 semua jurusan

7. Software Quality Assurance

Job Description :

  • Create test cases for REST API, Web and mobile applications manually or automated
  • Tracking for any troubleshoot/defects & report accordingly
  • Participate in standing team meetings
  • Contribute to weekly status reports
  • Be consistent and effective at project delivery
  • Maintains regular communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner
  • Helps to establish delivery dates, and review deliverable to ensure they meet acceptance criteria
  • Testing optimization

Qualification :

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Performing repeatable testing processes and procedures

Job Description :

  • Bridging – penghubung antara operasional dan product agar sama sama align dan accountable dalam mencapai objective business yang ditentukan
  • Sandboxing – melakukan experiment skala kecil untuk menguji hipotesis pada beberapa user, iterasi experiment ini hingga menemukan standard yang diinginkan, kolaborasi dengan PM untuk mencari program/user fit
  • Streamlining – melakukan perampingan proses operasional agar menjadi lebih efficient dan efektif, scaling skema pembaharuan hasil sandboxing ke seluruh target ops user
  • Configuring – merumuskan BPMN, SOP baru, tnc program, dan aturan lainnya yang terdokumentasi agar pembaharuan dapat di scaling ke seluruh ops user

9. Account Manager Semarang

Job Description :

  • Sell of lion parcel’s product to other company, Handling Corporate
  • Maintains a strong relationship with a new customer as well as an existing customer
  • Able to analyze and understand customer’s needs & effectively communicate all offers to the client.
  • Able to meet the target determined by the company
  • Compile credible report every week

Qualification :

  • Good communication skill and correspondence (verbal or nonverbal) is mandatory
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Familiar with Targets and data report
  • Has been working with similar background or experience in Sales field for minimal 2 years
  • Have a driving License A or C

10. Junior HR Manager

Job Description :

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Training, counseling and coaching employees
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.

Qualification :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Leader

11. E-commerce Channel Manager

Job Description :

  • Define and implement sales strategy to secure potential clients in online sales channel (E-commerce Player)
  • Meet and try to surpass the monthly sales target and earn maximum profit margins for the organization
  • To guide, instruct and give directions to all the sales team members and assist in organizing all the sales activities to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
  • Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.
  • Coordinate and implement the best practices to ensure effective sales approach and assist the sales team personnel in closing sales whenever needed

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, etc
  • 5 year experience in Sales, Business Development specifically managing online channels or partners with big e-commerce companies
  • Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model

12. Talent Acquisition

Job Description :

  • Formulating strategies and itemizing recruitment activities.
  • Ensure end to end recruitment process product and tech division.
  • Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Analyze employment data related to the position and make it visible to the user needs.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degrees with any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experiences in talent acquisition
  • Familiar with social media, job portal, CV databases, and other professional networks.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with related industry trends.

13. Digital Creative Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create creative design concepts and digital assets (banners, visual feed, animation/motion graphic, etc) for social media, websites, advertising, interactive displays, and emails that align with the company’s image & branding.
  • Work closely with the Social Media, Media Buying and Campaign team on monitoring digital output and banners performance (CTR, CPV, CPC, etc.) to create better performing visuals on digital.
  • Work closely with social media and creative designer to create social media playbook and digital creative playbook that align with overall marketing and brand direction.
  • Work closely with the Brand Lead and Digital Marketing Lead on creating weekly design reviews and design trend analysis including checking quality control for every visual.

Key Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, possessing video editing and motion is preferred.
  • Having experience working in e-commerce or digital agencies will be a plus.
  • Good technical social media platform knowledge such as limitations of platforms (dimensions, formats, rules).
  • A basic understanding of UI/UX and an interest in the big social media platforms and their abilities/limitations.
  • Good ability to create content in multiple digital formats, i.e. image, video, animated gif.
  • Good skills and knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative suite and Figma.

14. Reconcile Staff

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Membuat laporan STT (Surat Tanda Terima)
  • Memantau status POD (Package on Delivery) untuk setiap STT
  • Membuat laporan delivery fee atas STT yang sudah terkirim
  • Koordinasi dengan pihak terkait atas STT yang bermasalah
  • Monitoring laporan yang ada di Data Warehouse dan melakukan penyesuaian yang diperlukan

Kualifikasi Minimum :

  • Minimum D3/S1 Ekonomi/Akuntansi
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di Finance & operasional
  • Menguasai MS Office terutama Excel

15. Cost Settlement – Vendor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Terima Invoice tagihan
  • Memeriksa, dan melengkapi dokumen tagihan vendor/ supplier
  • Proses routing approval pengajuan pembayaran
  • Control status pembayaran vendor memastikan tagihan dapat dibayaran tepat waktu
  • Melakukan kordinasi dengan bagian-bagian yang terkait (Oprasional, Purchasing, Sales dan vendor)

Kualifikasi Minimum :

  • Pendidikan S1 Finance/ Accounting
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun bagian accounting, perpajaan, account payable staff

  • Ingatkan client untuk melakukan pembayaran sebelum tanggal jatuh tempo
