Kami tengah mengerjakan beberapa proyek pada kawasan mineral Grasberg sehubungan dengan pengembangan beberapa tambang bawah tanah berkadar tinggi yang berskala besar dan berumur panjang. 1. Smelter Ops Readiness – HR Business Partnering Officer
The key duties and responsibilities of this position:
- Doing regular coordination meeting with each department/ line management (Operation area or Support area)
- Analyze trends and metric in partnership with HR Groups to develop solutions, program and policies and provide guidance interpretation.
- Assist line management to Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues in an effective, thorough and objective investigative manner
- As a partner in business and HR, has legal knowledge capable of protecting related parties
- Provide day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development and disciplinary action)
- Work closely with line management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Assis process of recruitment, promotion and transfer in line management
- Provide guidance and input regarding business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning
- Assist line management to identify development and training needs, individual executive coaching needs, participate in monitoring evaluation and following up on implemented program.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Industrial engineering, or related field and five (5) years of experience in business partner area,
- Prior major project management and/or start-up on big industry experience.

2. Smelter Operation Readiness – Tax Facilities & IT Inventory Superintendent
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
- Bachelors degree in Tax, Accounting or related field which has customs certification will become advantage.
- 5+ years of combined experiences in in Big 4 and/or a US multinational company with exposure to accounting, tax compliance, as well as tax audit and litigation.
- Tax technical skills in the areas of corporate income tax, transaction tax and logistic knowledge.
- People management skills and communication skill in dealing with various people and authority.
- Experience in logistic, customs and Free Trade Zone/Bonded Zone will become advantage.
- Excellence analytical, econometrical, statistical and communication skills.
The key areas in which you have decision-making responsibility are:
- Responsible for accurate recording, monitoring, and reconciling of the goods movement in KEK to comply with the requirement for KEK as part of the condition to enjoy indirect tax facility.
- Prevent company from the fine which may raise due to inconsistency between record in the IT Inventory and SAP as well as real physical movement.
- Protect and defend companys interest in the course of tax and customs disputes, audits and appeals related to the implementation of IT Inventory.
- To identify tax issues related to the KEK, formulate strategies, and provide the company with the right recommendation and mitigation.
3. Smelter Operation Readiness – Chief Account Receivables (Operation)
Minimum Education & Experience:
- S-1(bachelor) in Majoring Management/Accounting. Has deep knowledge in internal control function and related regulation with Companys business such as FCPA, government and tax regulation and has minimum at least 5-7 years experiences in finance and accounting of a multinational company or a managerial position as an internal/external auditor with a proven managerial skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm.

- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Has strong cognitive thinking to be able to solve problems.
- Has good managerial and organizational skill to lead the section.

- Good knowledge of PSAK and IFRS

4. Smelter Operation Readiness – Chief Accountant Financial Operation
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Review report for daily transaction cost for Smelter & PMR business operations by verifying data, identify irregularities and checking that the cost coding are accurate and according to their respective line budget in order to propose correction actions for the identified irregularities.
- Review data after coordinate with all parties in relation with monthly/quarterly/yearly end closing schedules developed by closing coordinator, to update all of the above offices on current schedule and closing deadlines.
- Review data from record of consignment inventory (deferred payments) in order to provide a monthly update of unaccounted inventory.
- Review data related reconciliation of invoice accrual from various area under Smelter & PMR Operations.
- Review data related reconciliation of all cost allocation/distribution to make sure that their costs are according to rate guidelines and that they are allocated to appropriate capital projects.
- Review data related to reconciliation of absolute materials in order to prepare the inventory report and identify the absolute material’s value
- Review various reports for Smelter & PMR operations, which include Cost Variance Analysis reports, inventory report and mark to market fluctuation reports, to provide financial and accounting information in the form a standard reporting format to department heads and internal departmental use.
- Review data related to the capital budget and assist the project coordinators for identifying the funding sources of the projects, confirming the budgets usage and reallocations with project coordinators who interface with the projects and budget owners, to ensure that the update or revised budget of all projects are well recorded and easily tracked.
The key challenges in this position include:
- Dealing with sophisticated financial operation PTFI and Subsidiaries/Partners with different line of businesses. It is required that the incumbent must have broad knowledge of different industry-specific accounting system to be able to perform his tasks.
- Coordination and communication with all concerned party, especially with field user Department in translating operating activities into financial accounting process.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- S-1(bachelor) in Majoring Accounting.
- Has deep knowledge in internal control function and related regulation with Companys business such as FCPA, government and tax regulation

5. Smelter Operation Readiness – Contracted Services Account Manager, Warehouse & Delivery
The key challenges in this position :
- Providing the right materials at the right time to the user even though notice might be short by ensuring expediting process are in place and effective.
- Maintaining the cost effectiveness of warehouse operation by monitoring the necessity of 3PL company work load.
- Ensure the smooth transition of Warehouse operation from project phase into commissioning down to operational steady state stage.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters):
- Technical skill in the area of Supply Chain, especially material management is a must.
- Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating contractors to perform at high level against the requirements of the contract.
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of Warehouse Management System
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Word & Excel, SAP, EMS, and other business systems.

6. Smelter Operation Readiness – Copper Business and Marketing Analyst Superintendent
The key challenges in this position :
- Minimum bachelor degree in economics, metallurgy, mining, finance, industrial engineering, marketing or other degree combined with professional experience related to position
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as business analyst and/or marketing analyst with a strong leadership.
- Strong operational experience in the metals industry
- Knowledge in Copper Mining-Smelting-Refining is a plus

7. Smelter Operation Readiness – Freight & Transport Superintendent
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
- Minimum bachelor degree industrial engineering, management, logistic/ supply chain. Master degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience as planning & controlling/ logistic/ transport manager with least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Supply chain/ Six Sigma/ Logistic certification will be an advantage.
- Familiar with SAP and power BI
- Ownership of ahli kepabeanan certificate
- Knowlegde in vendor management, TMS, WMS, and logistic automation
- Experience in handling commodity shipment, fleet management, bulk vessel, tanker, containerized for inter islands and overseas
- Experience in handling custom process import & export in bonded zone or kawasan ekonomi khusus

8. Smelter Operation Readiness – Security Shift Superintendent
Minimum Education & Experience :
- Minimum College Degree – any discipline and favorable from Police or equivalent government security management experience with at least 7 years working experience in Security field.
- Senior High School graduate with 10 years working experience in Security Operations/Investigation/Data Collection on industrial security.

9. Smelter Operation Readiness – Supervisor, Customs Document (PPKEK/PJKEK)
The background, education and work experience needed to succeed in this job area :
- Minimum education at the Bachelor (S1) level with areas in the fields of Taxation, Law, Fiscal Administration, General Administration, Management and Accounting.
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience in terms of understanding business contracts/purchase orders/service orders and provisions regarding the issuance of Tax Invoices to multinational companies or big 4 consulting firms.
- Fiscal Admnistration, Legal and Tax skill and knowledge with interpersonal skill of communication and management with the English as important requirement.
The key areas in which you have decision-making responsibilities are:
- Accurate record keeping based on contract information and data provided by vendors.
- Continuous and appropriate administration and control of the amount of utilization of facilities provided based on the ceiling in the Customs document so as not to exceed the specified amount.
- Manage issues and obstacles related to the use of the INSW application and communicate to LNSW considering that the application is still in the development stage so that it is not stable and there are still technical obstacles in its implementation.
10. Smelter Operation Readiness – Supervisor, Turnarounds and Shutdowns
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline and five (5) years of experience in engineering or related scientific field, including lead or supervisory experience.
Knowledge; Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of Engineering
- Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
- Financial skills such as budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and accruing costs.
- Skilled in managing complex projects and/or plant outages, downstream operations, or engineering projects
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
