- Have a passion and strong knowledge about social & digital media tools
- Savvy with current trends lifestyle in social media, digital marketing and web publishing
- Having good and extensive networking with KOL/ influencers/communities is preferred
- Familiar with mobile graphic design tools and microsoft office.
- Proven work experience in social media content management (text, image and video)

Job Descriptions :
- Responsible to handle social media content of Ground Zero, Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook)
- Create and Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Create quarterly editorial plan content in each social media platform
- Create good and publish engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) including writing creative captions, website articles and public communications to increase engagement & followers
- Responding to audience inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner
- Collaborate with online community & Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) of social media influencers including engage in idea of campaigns and negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial deal
- Collaborate with related Department to develop strong communication ideas
- Analyze, monitor and measure of every social media content and make a report every week & month
3. SECTION HEAD OF OPERATION (MALL KELAPA GADING)
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related same position as Operation Leader in Retail
- Good communication skill
- Able to work as independently and team player
- Willing to work at Kelapa Gading
Job Descriptions :
- Ensuring that all public facilities function properly according to operational standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, as well as the Foodcourt area, toilets and parking areas
- Handle Customer Complaints (tenants and visitors) both accident/incident in nature and complete the problem solving
- Providing a sense of security to all tenants and visitors in the Mall area by suppressing crimes that occur in the Mall area
