1. Key Account Manager

Job Description :

• Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters by build and maintain strong, client relationship & engagement
• Building Paragon category and brand sustainable growth with customers by develop strategic Joint Business Plan regularly engage Review with customers

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) from all major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Has an analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta

2. Shopper and Customer Marketing Manager

Job Description :

• Analyze data or insights and devise medium-tern strategies for product categories and take initiation to drive promotion campaign for addition revenue
• Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams on daily basis for trade promotion alignment
• Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility and ensure product availability that meets consumer demands

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Has an analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta

3. Channel Development Manager

Job Description :

• Translate category & brand objectives on a market level into channel objectives: channel priorities, identify strategic initiatives, effective programs
• Ensure effective new product launches, line extensions through organizing category road shows/presentations
• Continuously provide insights on channel, and analyze then provide recommendations/action plans on retail audit reports

Requirements :

4. Media Commerce Manager

Job Description :

• Creating & executing lower funnel media strategy, focus on in each e-commerce platform, each brand; collaboration with agency, Brand and Media team
• Managing media budget & implementing Onsite Media in each platform to drive strong return on investment
• Working closely with KAM Team to share conversion improvement plan include promo & activity alignment, feedback and review the result
