1. Secretary (For Legal Departement)

Job Description :

  • To assist Legal team by providing clerical and research suport – to manage vendor engagement for the legal team
  • To ensure the company obtain the relevant licenses and comply with reporting obligation
  • To prepare the submission documents for obtaining license – to communicate, negotiate and establish relationship with the external parties (regulator, external counsel, notary, lawyers)
  • To follow updated government regulation regarding license and compliance
  • To maintain legal document administration (issuing reference number for correspondence and contracts, arranging BoD and BoC signature, organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing contracts)

Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Secretary/Management
  • Highly organized, attention to details and able to work independently
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially word, powerpoint and excel
  • Good understanding of general and specific Company law
  • Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation in the Legal Unit as a whole 
  • Good research skills

2. Supply Chain Analyst

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop daily supply plan for products that may include FMCG and perishables (Fresh, Frozen) for a network of mini warehouse
  • Plan for variability in both demand and supply; optimize supply plan process & mechanics to maximize product availability while maintaining minimum excess/waste and minimum storage occupancy
  • Align closely with both internal & external parties to sucessfully orchestrate the right quantities of the right products delivered at the right time to support day-to-day and campaign sales
  • Align closely with business team to  ensure assortment availability is in line with business objectives
  • Understand second-order effects of supply planning decisions/mechanics on availability, excess and operational unit economics and continuously strive to find optimum balance

Job Requirements :

  • BA or BS in an analytical field such as statistics, operations research, management science, engineering, economics, math, etc
  • Relevant working experience in groceries/FMCG supply chain is a plus
  • Proficient in one or more of Excel, Google Sheets or SQL, with proficiency with Google Sheets including Script Editor a plus
  • Have strong analytical skills, able to make data-driven decisions able to do structured problem solving
  • Able to improvise & be practical

3. HSE Officer

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop and engage people on a daily basis of HSE activities, such as daily briefing/TBM
  • Do training as needed as per planning. Plan & facilitate training for safety system and the use of building facilities
  • Socialize, standardize, and socialize SMK3
  • Do the BCP as needed
  • Inspect any tools and inspection
  • Implement daily maintenance programs of fire safety equipment (hydrant, sprinkler, fire detector, jockey pump, health, and safety facilities)
  • Engage people to submit CARs and their execution
  • Handle P3K (First Aid) in the area and monitor the supply of the necessary medicine

Job Requirements :

  • At least 5 years in constructions safety/warehouse management is a plus point
  • AK3/umum qualifications is a must
  • Graduate from the same field about HSE
  • Willing to work with some degree of mobility
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good Communication and Training Skills
