2. Network Management Assistant

Requirements :

• Candidate’s age up to 25 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK level 5 and above), can read, listen, write in Mandarin
• Willing to work a Pluit, North Jakarta
• Excellent in communication and time management
• Willing to learn, fast learner and have strong responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software

3. Network Admin Staff

Requirements :

• Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply
• Have basic Chinese skill and English fluency
• Responsible for approval of network related OA process
• Manage franchisee contracts and maintain franchise basic information
• Monitor the abnormal situation of franchisees
• Analysis of network addition and network withdrawal management

4. Operation Planning Specialist

Requirements :

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage day to tax compliance (VAT and WHT) including prepare monthly reconciliation
• Liaise with other function and product and have good communication and update
• Liaise with external party, i.e.vendor. related to tax question

Requirements ;

• 2-3 years of experience in Indonesia Tax
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization
• Detail oriented

6. Recruitment Specialist

Requirements :

• MUST be fluent in English
• Have at least 2-3 years experience

Job Responsibilities :

• Carry out finance, accounting & administration activities
• Planning, reporting, and payment of corporate tax
• Create, control, and analyze the company’s cash flow (cash flow) & budget (budgeting forecast) especially the management of receivables and debts

Requirements :

• 2-3 years of Experience in Indonesian Tax
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting

8. Training Specialist

Requirements ;

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Requirements :
