Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) 2024

• The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology, and become future leaders of the industry. 
• Under the Sea Global MAP, you will go through a 2-year program designed for aspiring business leaders passionate about the gaming, e-commerce and digital financial services industry. 
• The program consists of 4 functional team rotations that are each 6 months long – for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses. You will get to indicate your preference of business units: Garena or Shopee & SeaMoney.

• Garena is a leading global online games developer and publisher. Free Fire, our self-developed mobile battle royale title, was the most downloaded mobile battle royale game worldwide in 2019-2022 (according to data.ai, previously known as App Annie). In 2022, Free Fire World Series 2022 Sentosa was named Most Watched Battle Royale Esports Match, according to Esports Charts.
• Garena is run by passionate gamers and has a unique understanding of what gamers want. We exclusively license and publish hit titles from global partners – such as Arena of Valor and Call of Duty: Mobile – in selected markets globally. Garena is also a leading esports organiser and hosts some of the world’s biggest esports events.

What Is The Selection Process?

Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.

• Behavioral Interview: August – November
• Group Case Assessment: October – November
• Interview with Senior Leaders: November – December

Who Are We Looking For? 

• Calling out to all prospective and recent graduates with a recognised Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline, with 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of the last day of the application window) who are proficient in English and one of the languages in our operating markets to facilitate deployment and collaboration across the region, and will be able to join us from January 2024 onwards.
