1. Application Engineer

Job Description :

Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needs.
Optimize applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades, Contribute to sales presentations, as well as demonstrating prototypes and completed applications.
Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures while improving code and re-designing tasks.
Generate ideas for software innovation based on market trends.
Document development processes. procedures and application version histories.
Keep up with advancements in application engineering and new technologies.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Application Engineer, Engineering Consultant, Project management.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Forestry or Civil Engineering.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Detail oriented.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Willing to travel all around Indonesia.

2. Internal Audit

Job Description :

Make an audit report, gather and compile audit evidence, including data analysis, interviews, and document reviews. to support findings.
Assess and appraise the performance Of operations, finance, and accounting functions to determine their efficiency and effectiveness,
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track remediation actions taken by management.
Develop comprehensive audit plans outlining objectives, scope, and methodologies for thorough examination of internal controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to communicate audit objectives, findings, and recommendations effectively.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in the field of Internal or External Auditor, Risk Management, or IT Auditor.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Informatics Engineering,
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Fluent in English. able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
Attention to detail is crucial, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.

3. IT Infrastructure

Job Description :

Oversees and maintains all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, including performances, health and automate backup at operational levels.
Responsible for ensuring a smooth operations of all IT Systems including Networks (Firewalls, IP Segments, etc.).
Hardwares (Development, Networking and Security devices) Servers (VPS, Baremetal or offshore Backups), and Services (which may include third-party software and/or own-developed).
Contributing development of IT Department policies and scalability. Coordinate with the internal IT Department for IT services provided in the company.
Act as 12 support and make smooth transition to LI for any services operated in the company by providing guide and documented troubleshoot procedure.
Contribute to the IT Related Project.
Liaise with vendors and coordinate with the superior.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the IT infrastructure’s efficiency and development

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in IT SysAdmin / IT Operations / Infrastructure fields of work
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Informatics Engineering.
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Understanding of IT systems and processes.
Strong technical knowledge of Network and Server Operating System.
Having good knowledge of scripting (CLI and SQL) and programming.
Basic knowledge on Data Security and Cyber Security basics.
Vast experience on Mikrotik, Switches, VM, HA, and Enterprise Backup Solution.

4. IT Applucation

Job Description :

Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features.
Collaborate with a team Of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications.
Design creative prototypes according to specifications.
Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines.
Perform unit and integration testing before launch.
Conduct functional and non-functional testing.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features.
Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in a Corporate or IT role.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Systems. Informatics Engineering, or Software Engineering.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Understanding Of IT systems and processes.

5. Data Science (AI Engineer)

Job Description :

Extract large volumes of data from multiple internal and external sources.
Develop data-driven solutions for the most pressing challenges.
Create new algorithms to solve problems and build tools for automating work.
Provide recommendations for cost-effective changes to existing procedures and strategies.
Creating visualizations of data.
Explore and investigate generative AI, computer vision, and broader machine learning concepts through rigorous research. Stay updated on the latest advancements and methodologies in AI to inform decision-making.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in data science/data analysis, AI Engineer, and Machine Learning Engineer.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or Informatics System.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability to quickly learn and apply emerging technologies and tools in the field of AI and data science.
Experience with data querying languages and statistical or mathematical software such as Python.

6. Corporate Legal Associate

Job Description :

Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc).
Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel. public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.

Requirements :

Fresh Graduate or maximum of 2 years experience as a Corporate Legal.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Job Description :

Verify total negotiations (evaluates price lists to optimize costs and unit prices).
Identify and monitor vendor selection, evaluation, and compliance with company standards.
Communicate with users regarding tender needs.
Support claims, warranties, and sustainability initiatives in procurement
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors.
Identify and mitigate investment risks.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in procurement and investment management, and supply chain.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, informatics engineering, and informatics systems.

9. Business Consultant

Job Description :

Promote United Tractors products especially heavy equipment.
Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by the company.
Assist in fulfilling the administrative needs of customers.
Stay updated on market dynamics to identify opportunities for selling company products.
Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market opportunities.
Maintain the company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.
Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales consultant, sales engineer, business development or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Minimum GPA of 3.00.
Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
Capable of speaking Mandarin, it can be considered a plus point.

Manage project teams in the practical implementation of CI techniques to reduce waste and deliver savings.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 3 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Management.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Proficiency in process improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM) is a plus point.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

11. Instructor Operator

Job Description :

Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors
Observe the operation of heavy equipment
Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes
Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery
Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant major
Minimum GPA of 3.00
Able to speak English is advantageous
Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training
Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck

12. Multimedia Artist

Job Description :

Responsible for creating digital visual content in various formats, such as motion graphics, graphic design, and visual effects.
Able to use design visual elements such as infographics, banners, thumbnails, and digital illustrations.
Able to edit videos to produce high-quality content.
Generate creative ideas that align with the brand and audience.

Requirements :

Minimum 1-3 years in multimedia, animation, or graphic design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcomed).
Bachelor/Associate Degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Animation, Film & Television, or other relevant fields.
Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (optional: Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D animation software)
High creativity & strong artistic sense
Understanding of UI/UX Design
Ability to operate cameras or multimedia equipment
Experience in digital illustration or character design
