PT SGMW Motor Indonesia (SAIC General Motors Wuling Motor Indonesia atau Wuling Motors) adalah anak perusahaan yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile (SGMW), perusahaan patungan antara SAIC Motor, General Motors dan Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co Ltd untuk menangani operasi mereka di Indonesia. Memulai operasinya dengan membangun pabrik pertamanya di Greenland International Industrial Center di Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi, Provinsi Jawa Barat pada tanggal 20 Agustus 2015. Dibangun di atas lahan seluas 600.000 m2 termasuk Supplier Park, pabrik ini dibangun untuk produksi dan manufaktur mobil di Indonesia dan untuk mendirikan basis ekspor untuk Asia Tenggara. Pada 11 Juli 2017, pabrik resmi mulai beroperasi untuk produksi massal.

1. Executive Assistant
Requirements :
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
- Experienced in providing administrative support to senior level management
- Extremely organized with excellent time management skills
- Active and cooperative
- Fully energetic person
- High standards of accuracy, quality and attention to details
- Have ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must possess Associate Degree
- Minimum has two years of working experience in related field
- Placement in Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan and Deltamas – Cikarang
Job Descriptions :
- Assistance and organize the business which Executive in charge
- Draft the report which executive require and submit on time
- Take care the daily management, like the work schedule, meeting arrangement, guest reception, executive working area arrangement
- Translate and interpret company level meeting, external communication, work arrangement for leadership
- Translate and check company level document
- Take care the BOD meeting preparation
2. Legal and Internal Control Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law/Business Administration/Finance/related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in legal/compliance/internal audit/risk management roles.
- Experience in a similar industry (Otomotive) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents (e.g., contracts, agreements, policies).
- In-depth understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with auditing standards and practices.
- Understanding local and international regulations (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering laws).
- Ability to ensure the organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and recommend solutions.
- Ability to interpret complex legal and work with finance team for the financial data.
- Excellent Chinese and English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, regulators, and external parties.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong leadership skills to foster a culture of compliance.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Familiarity with audit software and system, and data analytics tools.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the Company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Advise senior management on legal risks and implications of business decisions.
- Ensure the Company complies with Headquarter and Shareholders standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and legal risks (work with Finance team)
- Develop risk management strategies and ensure they are integrated into business processes.
- Review, drafted (only if needed) and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure contracts align with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and update company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
- Ensure policies are communicated and implemented effectively across the organization.
- Participate in the training session conduct by Headquarter or Shareholders
- Conduct training sessions for employees on legal compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
- Promote a culture of ethics and compliance within the organization.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board on compliance, risk, and internal control matters.
- Maintain accurate records of legal and compliance activities.
- Coordinate and report Company Internal Control status following Headquarters and Shareholders demand
- Liaise with Headquartes, Shareholders and External legal counsel, regulators, and auditors.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Purchasing, VMD and VSSM) to ensure alignment on compliance and control matters.
3. Auto Leasing and Multifinance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth analysis of leasing packages, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition models.
- Monitor and manage residual value assumptions, risk exposure, and profitability metrics across leasing products.
- Track and assess competitor offerings, market dynamics, and regulatory shifts to provide actionable competitive intelligence.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, product, sales, and risk teams to enhance value propositions and portfolio performance.
- Develop financial and operational models to support leasing strategy, scenario planning, and new product development.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in automotive multi finance or leasing in Indonesia (minimum 5 years).
- Strong understanding of vehicle leasing economics, including pricing, cost of funds, residual value setting, and risk.
- Solid knowledge of the Indonesian automotive financing landscape, regulatory framework, and consumer behavior.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and business analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
4. Regional Sales Supervisor
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
- Required language(s): English
- At least have 3 years of sales area supervisor work experiences in Automotive OEM brands
- Good analytical thinking and details oriented
- Good interpersonal and self-driven
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding the business of Automotive Industry, especially related to marketing and sales area
Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily sales activity of Dealer in order to ensure sales activity implemented properly
- Analyze sales against stock of Dealer in monthly basis in order to recommend proper stock to support sales achievement
- Monitor and analyze automotive market data and market share of each Dealer coverage area in monthly basis in order to predict market opportunity for coming month
- Monitor competitor’s sales program and marketing activity in monthly basis in order to analyse impact to our sales and program/marketing activity we would like to carry out
- Monitor and review Dealer marketing activity plan and report in monthly basis in order to ensure Dealer can carry-out properly
- Support to fleet administration process such as checking the completness and validity of claim document from Dealer and forward to internal process
- Arrange regional meeting and prepare the presentation and discussion material including data and analysis report in order to support regular review by Regional Sales Manager
