Job Description :

Requirement :

1. Health Foreman

Job Description :

• Assist the HSE Supervisor in carrying out their main duties and responsibilities.
• Create and implement programs along with work plans and budgets related to environmental management and monitoring efforts in mining operations, including their implementation.
• Develop and review the Environmental Management System, Work Procedures, Work Instructions, Work Standards, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and forms needed for environmental management and monitoring activities.
• Compile supporting data needed for daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on hygiene and sanitation.
• Responsible to the Mine Manager (KTT/PTL) for the health and safety of all workers under their supervision.
• Monitor inspections of work equipment, workers, worker health, and the work environment.

Job Description :

• Ensure that the operations run smoothly.

• Ensure the effective placement of hauler and loader units.
• Coordinate with the engineering and geology quality divisions for mining direction and mining areas.
• Supervise activities at the Loading Point Pit and the Dumping Point of the waste dump area.

Requirement :

• Minimum SMA/SMK with 1 years of experience in the same position.
• POP certification is preferred.
• Holds a valid SIM A or SIM BII driver’s license.

Job Description :

• Monitoring and evaluating KPL (Safety and Environmental Performance) in the company and contractor environments.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to KPL performance.
• Creating and reviewing Environmental Management Systems, Work Procedures, Work Instructions, Work Standards, Job Safety Analysis, and necessary forms for environmental management and monitoring activities.
• Conducting counseling or providing information about KPL to all employees.
• Responsible to KTT/PTL (Head of Mining Engineering / Field Technical Leader) for the safety and health of all mine workers under their supervision.
