1. Branch Marketing Communication Staff
In this role, you will get to :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans aligned with branch objectives.
- Manage and execute various marketing campaigns, including digital and offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and key stakeholders.
- Organize and execute community events and activations to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a similar role.
- Having extensive experience with large communities is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hour, including evenings and weekends, on a regular basis
2. Asset & Inventory Junior Auditor
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auditor in a Retail/Distribution company or a Public Accounting Firm (KAP)
- Possesses insight and skills in audit and financial processes.
- Able to analyze and provide data-driven conclusions/recommendations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and SAP programs.
- Experienced in conducting stock opnames and data processing.
- Honest, assertive, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta (Central Java)
3. Product Quality Control Inspector (Hard Goods)
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of hard goods (e.g., shoes, backpacks, bags, tents, outdoor equipment) to ensure they meet the established quality standards and specifications.
- AQL Standards Compliance: Apply Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards in evaluating the quality of each product batch, identifying defects, and categorizing them based on AQL criteria.
- Quality Assurance Reporting: Document and report findings accurately, including detailed inspection results, defect types, and corrective action recommendations to maintain consistent quality levels.
- Continuous Improvement: Work closely with production and quality teams to provide feedback and implement improvements in the manufacturing process to minimize defects and enhance product quality.
- Quality Benchmarking: Establish and maintain quality benchmarks specific to each type of product in the hard goods category, ensuring consistency across all product lines.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of quality issues, recommend solutions, and work with suppliers or internal teams to resolve recurring quality concerns.
- Product Testing: Perform functional and durability tests on products, particularly outdoor equipment, to ensure they meet EIGER’s high-performance standards for outdoor usage.
- Compliance Verification: Verify that all products comply with relevant safety and quality standards, ensuring customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality products.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Experience in quality control, preferably within the hard goods or outdoor equipment industry.
- Familiarity with AQL standards and quality inspection processes.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify even the smallest defects.
- Knowledge of hard goods, including shoes, backpacks, bags, tents, and outdoor equipment.
- Understand the types of materials & accessories of hard goods.
- Good communication skills to document and report quality issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- flexibility and the ability to commute to various supplier locations across Indonesia.
- Willing to be placed at EIGER Head Office Kab. Bandung
4. Learning Program Designer
In this role, you will get to :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning program design framework.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including microlearning modules, and e-learning courses.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure the timely delivery of learning content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality learning programs.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or Management
- 5+ years of experience in People Development within the retail/distribution industry
- Proven ability to conduct TNAs, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate program effectiveness
- Skilled in developing and managing knowledge management systems
- Strong understanding of SOPs and competency frameworks in retail settings
- Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing development and leadership programs
- Willing to work at our Head Office in Bandung
5. Public Relations Officer
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in Public Relations, Media Agency or a related role for at least 3 years
- Strong understanding of media relations and digital communication platforms
- Used to manage and review information for press release needs, able to make weekly & monthly rubrication plans
- Great storytelling and writing skills, as well as understanding the code of ethics for press release needs or PR activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaboration & co-operation with third parties involved in PR activities
- Strong ability to consider & anticipate the risks of the PR activities carried out
- Willing & interested in the world of outdoor activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
