Kemitraan Chevron dengan masyarakat dan Pemerintah Indonesia dapat ditelusuri sejak tahun 1924, ketika Standard Oil Company of California (Socal), kini Chevron, mengirimkan ekspedisi geologi ke Pulau Sumatera. Pada tahun 1941, kami melakukan pengeboran di Lapangan Duri. Teknologi steamflood pertama kali diterapkan pada tahun 1985, dan sekarang Duri menjadi proyek enhanced-recovery steamflood di dunia. Pada tahun 1944, salah satu sumur di dekat desa di Minas menjadi lapangan minyak terbesar yang pernah ditemukan di Asia Tenggara. Produksi pun dimulai di tahuun 1952.

Lebih dari setengah abad, kami telah memproduksi lebih dari 12 miliar barel minyak dari lapangan-lapangan darat di Proviinsi Riau maupun lapangan-lapangan lepas pantai di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.

Lowongan Kerja PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia

Saat ini PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

Senior Drilling Engineer – Well P&A

• Employment is under fixed term duration (PKWT) with possible extension or permanent employment based on review

JOB SCOPE:

• Lead and ensure the D&C engineering team deliverables are technically sound and align with the D&C assurance process & standards. This position will manage a team consist of three (3) D&C engineers.
• Develop the Tender Assist Drilling rig (TAD) & Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU) contract scope, technical qualifications and conduct the tendering process. Liaise with the drilling rig provider to ensure the timely arrival of both rigs. 
• Develop the well P&A basis of design, cost estimates, well P&A program and all other engineering required aspects for well P&A on a Tension Leg Platform (TLP) & deepwater subsea environment. Conduct risk assessment & lead technical presentation during internal review or external meetings such as SKK Migas & JV’s meetings.
• Liaise with all related stakeholders from facilities, subsea, SCM, logistics & other relevant parties to ensure smooth preparation & execution of the well P&A programs. 
• Develop the well P&A contract services scope & technical specs. Conduct the tendering process and manage the contract implementation. 
• Liaise with SKK Migas, other government officials & JVs to ensure that all well P&A programs are communicated and approved.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, minimum 10 years as project Drilling engineer. Previous leadership role is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years offshore experience, deepwater subsea experience is preferred.
• Bachelor-degree in Engineering or Science.
• Excellent communication in English both verbal & writing.
• Knowledge in offshore upstream oil & gas operations activities.
• Possess a valid IWCF/IADC Subsea Stack well control certificate is an advantage.
• Have a leadership quality & good teamwork mentality.
