Lowongan Kerja PT Bright Mobile Telecommunication (OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing)

Saat ini PT Bright Mobile Telecommunication (OPPO Factory Indonesia) saat ini sedang membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. DKV Intern (Design & Multimedia)

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in designing and editing online training videos to make them engaging and effective
• Collaborate with the team to create visual materials aligned with the training objectives
• Use design and video editing software to produce creative content

Requirements :

• Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Experience with design software (Photoshop, Ilustrator, Premier Pro, etc)
• Creative and able to work under tight deadlines
• Available for a 3-month internship

2. Utility Technician

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Pemeliharaan, perbaikan, dan inspeksi sistem kelistrikan Low-High Voltage
• Memastikan keamanan dan kinerja peralatan
• Menanggapi situasi darurat dengan cepat

Persyaratan :

• Menjaga keamanan linkungan kerja dengan patroli, lulusan D3/S1 Teknik Elektro
• Pengalaman pemeliharaan tegangan tinggi (minimal 1-2 tahun)
• Memahami prosedur keselamatan
• Bersedia bekerja shift dan lembur

3. Security Leader

Job Descriptions :

• Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control
• Be visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner
• Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately
• Maintain the company’s reputation with professionalism and legal compliance
• Collaborate with other security officers for effective protection and coverage

Requirements :

• Age under 35 years old
• Minimum height of 170cm with ideal body weight
• Candidates at least graduated from high school equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same position 
• Willing to work with shift & overtime system
• Has good discipline & communication
• Can work individually or in a team
• Proficient with computer (Ms. Office Excel)
• Hard worker, loyal, able to work under pressure and ready to work overtime
• No criminal record

4. Legal Assistant (Fluent in English)

• OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing is seeking a talented and driven Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Tangerang, Banten. As a outsourced contract role, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to gain valuable experience in the legal industry while supporting our company’s strategic initiatives.

What you’ll be doing :

• Providing administrative and research support to our in-house legal team
• Assisting with the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of various legal documents and contracts
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support the legal team’s work
• Coordinating and organising legal files, documents, and records
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as required
• Providing general support to the legal department as needed

What we’re looking for :

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Relevant experience in a legal or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
