American Citizen Services (ACS) Assistant

• Salary : IDR Rp213.675.663 /Per Year
• Duty Location(s) : 1 Vacancy in Denpasar, ID

Duties :

• The American Citizen Services (ACS) Assistant provides both passport, citizenship, and special consular services for U.S. citizen in Post’s consular district. Serves as one of the primary points of contact for U.S. Citizens in the consular district and maintains a network of public and private sector contacts who may be able to assist U.S. Citizens. Communicates directly with citizenship applicants and U.S. Citizens in distress and assists in the preparation of emergency messaging and website updates. Works with the ACS chief, consular officers and other Post staff on crisis preparedness and response. Performs administrative duties dan supports other consular section units as required.

Qualifications and Evaluations :

Requirements:

• EXPERIENCE:  Minimum two years of administrative work, case management, or customer service work experience. 
• Education Requirements: Completion of two years of college or university studies is required. 
• (Please note that one credited year of working experience is equal to 40 hours/week x 52 weeks or 2080 hours)

Evaluations:

• LANGUAGE: Fluent speaking/reading/writing, may include the ability to translate in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. This will be tested.

• The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
