Sebagai pengguna Grab, Anda dapat menggunakan saldo OVO yang sudah terhubung dengan akun Grab untuk membayar perjalanan, pembelian GrabFood, pengiriman GrabExpress, pembayaran tagihan dan mendapatkan OVO points secara bersamaan.

Sementara itu, sebagai pengguna OVO, Anda juga bisa menggunakan saldo OVO sebagai OVO Cash untuk membayar di berbagai merchant rekanan dan layanan yang tergabung dalam ekosistem OVO.

1. System, Process, & Project Improvement – GrabOVO Internship Program (GIP) Batch 1, 2024

Grab Internship Program Overview:

Be a part of an exciting internship journey with the Grab Internship Program!

• Our internship program is designed to provide a real-world experience that enables you to put everything you’ve learned into action and give you an opportunity to join us in driving South East Asia forward together.
• The interns in Grab Internship Program will be placed in one of the following business units/departments, such as (but not limited to) GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabKitchen, 2W & Logistics, 4Wheels, GrabAds, GrabKios, GrabRentals, etc.
• Working placement may be vary across Indonesia, ie, Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Surabaya, Bali, Semarang, Yogyakarta.
• This batch of the internship program will be conducted for 3 months, starting from March 2024 to June 2024.

Get to Know the System, Process, & Project Improvement Project Scope :

• You will have to collect feedbacks, analyze, and provide recommendations towards current regulations, processes, and procedures. The output expectation is to improve the overall process or working system efficiency and effectiveness.

Under this project scope, you will work closely with (but not limited to) :

• Process Excellence Team
• Process Tools and Automation Team
• Business Process Improvement Team
• Merchant Operations Team
• and many other teams that work closely with operations, process, and business improvements.

Requirements for System, Process, & Project Improvement Project Scope :

• Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from top universities
• College students or fresh graduates with a background in Operational Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other similar majors.
• College students or fresh graduates from unrelated majors with operations and business analytics experience (from campus or previous internship) are also acceptable
• Strong sense of problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to generate, analyze, and derive insights from data and feedback
• Experience in operating Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and/or other data visualization & analysis tools would be a high plus
• Excellent English communication in both written and verbal
• Computer literate and technological savvy

• You will have to do research towards our products and the market, where the output expectation is to support our new and ongoing initiatives. You will get the opportunity to give suggestions and actions for our product development.

Under this project scope, you will work closely with (but not limited to) :

• Strategic & Planning Team
• Business Improvement Team
• Business Analyst Team
• City Growth Team and many other teams that work closely with research, data, and numbers-related tasks.

Requirements for Research & Data Analytics Project Scope :

• Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from top universities
• College students or fresh graduates with a background in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or other similar majors.
• College students or fresh graduates from unrelated majors with research or analytics experience (from campus or previous internship) are also acceptable.
• Strong sense of research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Able to generate, analyze, and derive insights from data.
• Experience in operating Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and/or other data visualization & analysis tools would be a high plus.

3. Tech Engineering & Product, GrabOVO Internship Program (GIP) Batch 1, 2024

Program Overview :

Be a part of an exciting internship journey with the GrabOVO Internship Program!

• Our internship program is designed to provide a real-world experience that enables you to put everything you’ve learned into action and give you an opportunity to join us in driving South East Asia forward together.
• The interns in GrabOVO Internship Program will be placed in one of the following business units/departments, such as (but not limited to) Core Experience, Deliveries, Food, Fulfillment, GrabKios, and etc.
• This batch of the internship program will be conducted for 4,5 months, starting from March 2024 to August 2024

Get to Know the Tech Engineering & Product Project Scope :

• You will have to assist in improving our product using metrics and datasets and also drive collaborations between diverse teams toward a successful product. The output expectation is to improve efficiency, foster innovation, and maintain high development standards in the system backend, design, or production process.

Under this project scope, you will work closely with (but not limited to) :

• Backend Engineer Team
• Frontend Engineer Team
• Mobile Team
• Infrastructure Team
• Information Security Team
• Product Design & Development Team and many other teams that work closely with technology and product improvements.

Requirements for Tech Engineering & Product Project Scope :

• Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from reputable universities
• For tech engineering: Final year students (min. 7th semester) or fresh graduates with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, or other similar majors. 
• For product: Final year students (min. 7th semester) or fresh graduates from Industrial Engineering, Information System, Computer Science, and Business Management
• Fresh graduates who completed their studies max. in the past 1 year are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and technological savvy
• You possess solid Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• Enjoy coding in any language (GoLang, Java, Kotlin, Python, Ruby, PHP, Node.JS, Objective C, Swift, SQL, Tableau etc.) would be a plus
• Able to use design and prototyping tools (Figma, Zeplin, Sketch) would be a plus

• Our internship program is designed to provide a real-world experience that enables you to put everything you’ve learned into action and give you an opportunity to join us in driving South East Asia forward together.
• The interns in Grab Internship Program will be placed in one of the following business units/departments, such as (but not limited to) GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabKitchen, 2W & Logistics, 4Wheels, GrabAds, GrabKios, GrabRentals, etc.

The output is to promote Grab’s products and manage Grab’s reputation through media relations and other communications channels.

Requirements for Creative Marketing, Campaign, & Communications Project Scope :

• Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from top universities
• College students or fresh graduates with a background in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Law, International Relations, or other similar majors.
• College students or fresh graduates from unrelated majors with experience in design, copywriting, public relations, marketing campaign, and partnership (from campus or previous internship) are also acceptable.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (i.e Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator), copywriting, and/or other creative content production would be a plus.
• Excellent English communication in both written and verbal.

Requirements for Corporate Functions Project Scope :

• Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from reputable universities
• College students or fresh graduates with a background in Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, Public Policy Management, Psychology, Administration, or other similar majors.
• College students or fresh graduates from unrelated majors with related experience (from campus or previous internship) are also acceptable.
• Strong sense of problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong experience in operating Microsoft Office & Google Suites, especially Excel & Google Spreadsheets
• Able to make a good presentation from various data
• Ability in data visualization & analytical tools would be a high plus.
