Ice Cream Indonesia – HR Operations Asst. Manager

Job Purpose :

  • Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  If you are passionate toeffectively overseeing and coordinating HR operations and payroll functionsthen this role is just for you!

Main Responsibilities :

  • Policy Implementation: Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of existing and new policies in line with employment law andassist employees with HR policies and processes when they cannot find answers in the self-service tool.
  • Leave and Absence Management: Handle cases related to leave, absence, and illness.
  • Job Data Coordination: Coordinate job data changes, including legal entity changes, FTE percentage adjustments, reporting line changes, and mover processes.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Support any compensation and benefits changes, ensuring provision to payroll SME HUB for inclusion in payroll requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Work with local payroll and benefits vendors, pension files, and ad hoc benefits handling for the country.
  • Compliance Documentation: Prepare and submit required HR, payroll, and benefits documentation to government agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Support AON benefits provider on benefits changes for local markets.
  • Time & Attendance Data: Collect data from Time & Attendance systems (if not integrated).
  • Workday Changes: Execute Workday changes and interact with country business managers and country BPS, ensuring all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws, including maintainingaccurate records and documentation.
  • Payroll Audit: Provide payroll audit data via ServiceNow to the Payroll HUB team and prepare for internal and external audits by ensuring all HR records and processes are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.

Candidate Criteria :

Experience & Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on payroll, benefit, reward and HR operations.
  • Experience with HR software and databases, such as Workday or similar systems.

Skill:

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using HR management tools and systems.
