PT Surganya Motor Indonesia adalah sebuah perusahaan yang berfokus di bidang retail suku cadang otomotif. Untuk mudah di ingat oleh konsumen toko-toko kami menggunakan nama : Planet Ban. Planet Ban menyediakan berbagai macam ban motor mulai dari Service Motor, Oli mesin Durable X-Ten, spare part sesuai standar pabrikan motor dan ban dari berbagai merk ternama baik lokal maupun import untuk motor dengan kapasitas mesin hingga 250cc..

Lowongan Kerja PT Surganya Motor Indonesia (Planet Ban)

Saat ini PT Surganya Motor Indonesia (Planet Ban) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Call Center Staff

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/D3 semua jurusan
  • Pengalaman 1 tahun di telemarketing
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
  • Orientasi terhadap pelayanan
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
  • Bersedia shifting

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Menerima dan menangani laporan emergency dari pelanggan
  • Melakukan analisa awal berdasarkan informasi pelanggan
  • Mengkoordinasikan respon cepat dengan tim lapangan
  • Memberikan pelayanan pelanggan yang empatik dan professional
  • Mencatat dan memonitor semua kasus emergency

2. Recruitment & Assessment Dept. Head

Responsibilities :

  • Develop recruitment strategy for man powe request fulfillment
  • Mapping talent Assessing talent for promotion program Create development program for selected talent
  • Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Conduct assessment process for all level of the company
  • Provide individual assessment reports

Requirements :

  • Education minimum S2 Professional Psychology
  • Certified as Assessment Center Assessor or Psychologist (please attach your Assessor Certificate or SIPP when applying)
  • Well organized and good clerical ability
  • Excellent Communication and coordination needed
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experienced in conducting competency-based interviews, psychological and assessment test report analysis
  • Willing to be place at Head Office – Depok, Jawa Barat

3. Network Operation Center Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Montoring internet network for HO & Branch servers (internet Uptime)
  • Follow up to the ISP if having problems getting connected to a network
  • Ticketing
  • Troubleshooting store problems & POS application problems via remote

Requirements :

  • SMK (Computer Engineering and Networks/TKJ)
  • Male, maximum 27 years old
  • At least 1 year experience in related position
  • Willing to be placed at Depok, Jawa Barat

4. Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns
  • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms
  • Monitor and respond to audience commets, messages, and mentions on social media channels
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including both organic and paid efforts
  • Prepare and present reports on social media performance to key stakeholders

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Lead/SPV or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
  • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of multimedia content creation tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willing to be placed at Depok, West Java

5. Trainer Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, video and presentations
  • Evaluate training program

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in training, especially in the automotive field
  • Willing to go on a business trip
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be placed in all branches

6. Engineering Dept. Head

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implementation in man management and controlling management in engineering area
  • Monitoring engineering acitivities of all branches and head office
  • Coordination with other departements regarding renovations
  • Supervision of the implementation of renovation work
  • Monitoring schedule plan/actual implementation of Routine Service & Machine Repair
  • Make performance assessments of coordinators, expert staff & staff under their subordinates
  • Supervision of work in the form of projects
  • Approval Shop Drawing & As-Build Machine Drawing is then approved by the Division Head
  • Create and select Spare Parts and Material specifications to be submitted
  • Create monthly reports

Requirements :

  • Age maximum 45
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • Preferably experienced in the same field minimum 5 year
  • Ability to construction and maintenance
  • Ability to operate AutoCAD
  • Have strong inpersonal and communication skill
  • Honest, disciplined, and able to to work as a team
  • Willing to be placed at Depok, Jawa Barat

7. Human Capital Dept. Head (Samarinda)

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

  • Human and service oriented
  • Mengkoordinir tim HRD dalam lingkup Recruitment, Personalia, Training, Payroll, General Affair, dan License
  • Memastikan setiap pekerjaan sesuai dengan tenggat waktu (deadline) yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan
  • Membuat laporan HRD dan KPI perusahaan
  • Memastikan pengembangan produktivitas karyawan toko
  • Menjaga komposisi karyawan toko terpenuhi
  • Dapat memotivasi dan mengembangkan tim
  • Dapat menjalankan Policy dan prosedur dari Human Capital Pusat secara konsisten dan terkoordinasi
  • Memotivasi dan mengelola karyawan secara efektif

Kualifikasi :

  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM
  • Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang yang sama dan diutamakan dari perusahaan retail atau jasa
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota bila dibutuhkan
  • Bersedia di tempatkan di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur
  • Diutamakan yang berdomisili di Samarinda
