1. Warehouse Coordinator

About the Job :

• As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our inventory. From receiving and storing goods to coordinating deliveries and maintaining accurate stock records, you’ll be central to our supply chain operations. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities :

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics
• Ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of products
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock movements
• Managing warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and safety
• Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies
• Supervising loading/unloading activities and maintaining quality standards
• Operating a forklift to move, load, or organize products when needed
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years experienced in warehouse or logistics coordination preferred
• Have active forklift driving certification (SIO)
• Familiar with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse setting
• Preferably local (Samarinda) hire

2. Logistics Staff

About the Job :

• As a Logistic Staff at Sefas Group, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate administrative processes that support the movement and delivery. Your role will focus on managing documents, coordinating with internal and external teams, and keeping our logistics operations running efficiently. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy working behind the scenes to make things happen, this position is for you.

Your Responsibilities :

• Preparing and managing delivery documents such as DO (Delivery Order), invoice, and shipping documents
• Coordinating with warehouse, sales, and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Inputting and updating logistics data into the system
• Monitoring delivery schedules and tracking shipment status
• Handling communication with transporters or third-party logistics providers

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Min. 2 years experienced in logistics administration or document control is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with logistics systems or ERP is a plus
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
