1. Business Development
What you will do ?
- Take the lead and drive high-impact projects in your assigned function
- Break down challenges and create innovative solutions aligned with Cimory’s business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders
- Present project updates and outcomes to senior management
Role Description :
- Identifying growth opportunities through market and cosumer insight analysis
- Developing new product ideas with clear target consumers and strong differentiation
- Designing go-to-market approaches (channel, pricing, positioning) to support successful product launches and early growth
What we looking for :
- Fresh graduate or final-year student (graduating by November 2025)
- Background in Marketing Communication / Engineering / Business Management – open to others with relevant experience
- Experience in internship, student organizations, or projects; leadership roles are a big plus
- Proven leadership potential through past organization experiences
- Fluent in English, with a valid TOEFL/IELTS (or equivalent) score
2. Marketing Communication
What you will do ?
- Take the lead and drive high-impact projects in your assigned function
- Break down challenges and create innovative solutions aligned with Cimory’s business goals

- Present project updates and outcomes to senior management
Role Description :
- Developing brand stories and creative ideas that boost virality and drive strong digital conversations
- Analyzing target audiences to uncover insights that shape impactful communication strategies
- Executing projects that strenghthen emotional connection with consumers and build long-term brand loyality

3. Sales Modern Trade
What you will do ?

Role Description :
- Managing key accounts in modern trade channels to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships
- Executing improvement projects in both commercial and operational areas
- Analyzing account performance and proposing strategies to optimize sales, promotion plans, and in-store execution
What we looking for :
- Fresh graduate or final-year student (graduating by November 2025)
- Background in Marketing Communication / Engineering / Business Management – open to others with relevant experience
- Experienced in internships, student organizations, or projects; leadership roles are a big plus
- Proven leadership potential through past organization experiences

4. Engineering
What you will do ?

Role Description :
- Managing equipment and key utilities to support smooth production operations
- Leading improvement projects to reduce downtime and strengthen production stability
- Providing technical insights for strategic decisions related to equipment planning, efficiency and future capacity needs
What we looking for :
- Fresh graduate or final-year Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation – open to others with relevant experience
- Experienced in interhsips, student organizations, or projects; leadership roles are a big plus
- Proven leadership potential through past organization experiences
- Fluent in English, with a valid TOEFL/IELTS (or equivalent) score
5. Production
What you will do ?
- Take the lead and drive high-impact projects in your assigned function
- Break down challenges and create innovative solutions aligned with Cimory’s business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders
- Present project updates and outcomes to senior management
Role Description :
- Involvement in leading process improvement initiatives across the prodcution line
- Identification of bottlenecks and execution of impactful projects to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Contribution to strategic decisions related to daily operations and production performance
What we looking for :
- Fresh graduate or final-year student (graduating by November 2025)
- Background in Food Tech / Food Engineer / Food Science / Biology / Chemistry / Microbiology – open to others with relevant experience
- Experienced in interhsips, student organizations, or projects; leadership roles are a big plus
- Proven leadership potential through past organization experiences
- Fluent in English, with a valid TOEFL/IELTS (or equivalent) score
6. Quality
What you will do ?

- Monitoring product quality and food safety throughout the production process
- Executing improvement projects to enhance product consistency, hygiene, and compliance with food standards
- Identifying quality issues, analyzing root causes, and recommending actions to maintain high-quality products
