PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. telah memiliki sejarah yang sangat panjang di industri semen nasional. Cikal bakal pendirian Perseroan telah dimulai sejak 1975 dengan berdirinya PT Distinct Indonesia Cement Enterprise (DICE) yang memiliki pabrik semen dengan kapasitas terpasang sebesar 500.000 ton di wilayah Citeureup, Jawa Barat.
Pada Oktober 2016, Perseroan mulai mengoperasikan pabrik ketiga belas yang disebut Plant 14 di Kompleks Pabrik Citeureup. Pabrik dengan kapasitas produksi 4,4 juta ton per tahun ini merupakan pabrik semen terintegrasi terbesar yang pernah dibangun oleh Indocement dan HeidelbergCement Group. Dengan beroperasinya Plant 14, kapasitas terpasang Perseroan meningkat menjadi 25,5 juta ton semen/tahun.
Lowongan Kerja PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk
Saat ini PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Cost Accountant
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that cost & inventory reporting is already comply with Indonesia Financial Accounting Standards and Group Accounting Manual.
- Prepare manual journal entry, such as accrual, prepaid, cash receipt, etc.
- Performing physical checking on Inventory stock.
- Performing cost analysis, finding explanation of cost discrepancies with budget.
- Preparing cost consolidation report with tight deadline.
- Assist annual budgeting process.
- Coordinate with Plant personnel regarding cost accruals recording & related assignment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- Field of Experience: 2-3 years in Accounting Field (preferable Cost Accounting)
- Having good accounting skill and extra attention to detail and process.
- Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Having integrity, excellent problem solving skill, analytical & logical thinking
- Willing to be placed in Tarjun, South Kalimantan.
2. Legal Officer
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for preparing, review, and assurance of all company permits in accordance with the relevant regulations and in a timely manner. (Such as permits, contracts, certifications, etc.);
- Provide legal opinions regarding company operations and decision making;
- Provide legal consultation to management and related departments to support the Company’s strategic decisions;
- Representing management in meetings with government entities or other parties regarding legal aspects or other matters
- Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and advising the business accordingly
- Coordinate with government/institution related to legal matters;
- Ensure the company’s license and legality are updated and according to current regulations;
- Maintain and manage company documents and records (legal).
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law with minimum GPA of 3.0
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in a legal and/or Public Relation Officer/ Government & External Relation Officer
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking skills and good knowledge of laws and regulations;
- Good ability in communication and negotiation skills.
- Hard worker, self-discipline, and able to work individual and/or in a team;
- Having an advocate license or other relevant certification will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Willing to be placed in Tarjun (South Kalimantan) Office
3. Area Sales Officer
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales achievement in the targeted area with office location at Wisma Indocement – South Jakarta.
- Conduct briefing with distributor’s team to evaluate sales volume performance, market penetration, retailer visit, market updates and trade program deployment.
- Deliver training to distributor supervisor and distributor salesman from the content that had been prepared by capability building team.
- Work-with distributor supervisor and salesman to get insights about the salesman performance when delivering sales activities, evaluate the gap and give evaluation for personal development.
- Work-review distributor supervisor and salesman by going to retailer and collect the information about the performance of the salesman or the supervisor.
- Provide accountable & reliable competitive market intelligence information (example: competitor price & activity, wallet share, etc).
- Review data from Sales Force Automation and data required by Sales is a Science.
- Review daily sales achievement, compare with target, and submit and monitor implementation solution to RSM & Distributor to achieve remaining target on remaining days.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree : Any Major with minimal GPA 3.00.
- Expected experience : 3 – 5 years experience as salesman, implementation of marketing & sales program, and well known concept Route To Market.
- Having working experience in building materials industry is much preferred
- Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Result Oriented, Accountable, Team Work, & Pro Active.
- Good in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word).
- Have a driving license and able to drive.
- Willing to be placed under subsidiary unit.
