1. Creative Specialist

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Design Communication Visual/Arts/Marketing & Communications/Advertising or equivalent from a reputable university
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in graphic design in media/fashion/lifestyle, or retail industry. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent knowledge & references of creative event, content and visual merchandising concept
• Knowledgeable in printing and production process and/or materials
• Good knowledge in photography & video editing is an advantage
• Proficiency in using graphic design & multimedia software: Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator, and other Adobe families, or any other updated design software, and Ms. Office
• Basic skills in SketchUp and 3D design are considered a plus
  Technology savvy
• Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written & spoken

Job Description :

• Create visually stunning and effective designs for various platforms, including digital and print media
• Develop graphics for marketing collateral, social media, websites, and other promotional materials
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identify guidelines
• Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in all design elements related to the brand
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with broader business goals
• Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices
• Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team, contributing to the overall creative direction

2. Customer Relations Officer

Qualifications :

• High School or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or F&B industry
• A service & people-oriented person
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate in English, both spoken & written
• Technology savvy
• Well-groomed and have a pleasant personality

Job Description :

• Maintain our loyal customers by giving a personal touch in greeting & assisting them at G CARD Lounge
• Handle complaints & provide solutions
• Administer G CARD transactions
• Ensure the facilities in G CARD Lounge are running well for customer convenience
• Able to connect professionally and positively with the customers
