Lowongan Kerja PT Grand Indonesia

Saat ini PT Grand Indonesia memberikan kesempatan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Junior Architect Intern

Qualifications :

• Final year student majoring in Architecture
• Proficient in key architectural software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and rendering tools
• Able to read and interpret architectural, construction methods and building materials
• Strong communication and graphic presentation skills
• Proficient in Bahasa and English (is required) both spoken and written

Job Descriptions :

• Assist with the site visit and documentation, including taking measurements and photographs
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams on fit-out and renovation details
• Support architects and designers in reviewing drawing revisions to ensure design intent is preserved
• Assist in creating, reviewing and revising plans, sections, and 3D models as needed

2. Senior Guard (Residence)

Qualifications :

• Senior High School graduate or equivalent from any major
• Have a minimum 3 years of experience in similar property
• Possessing safety & security training skills
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum height is 170 cm with propotional weight

Job Descriptions :

• Ensuring residents’ safety and security during their stay in the Residences area
• Supervise contractor workers and conduct regular checks
• Conducting thorough surveillance patrols and monitoring using CCTV
• Inspecting safety equipment installed in the Residences area, including hydrants, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and lights

3. Concierge Officer

Qualifications :

• Senior High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s degree from any major are welcome to apply
• Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Able to speak other international languages is a plus point
• Responsible, reliable and possess a professional presentation
• Outstanding customer service skills are required
• Technology savvy
• Willing to work in shifts
• Well-groomed
• Pleasant personality

Job Descriptions :

• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers
• Provide excellent service to customers
• Monitoring and ensure all public facilities are running well and up to standard
• Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia’s promotional programs and activities
• Administer G CARD transcations
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate & prompt solutions
