Saat ini SeaBank Indonesia memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
A. Finance Team
1. Treasury Business Finance
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Treasury Division in optimizing income from treasury assets
- Monitor daily liquidity, treasury holding position, and cash flow projection
- Review the Bank’s maturity profile and interest rate risk on a monthly basis
- Prepare presentation related to treasury performance
- Review ALCO deck
- Perform analysis of treasury performance, including valuation over treasury assets
- Responsible in forecast related to treasury assets
- Review and analyze the base lending rate submitted to OJK
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking from a reputable university
- Ideally 5-7 years of experience working in a reputable bank or Big 4, preferably audit or banking industry with experience in treasury related the function
- Fast learner and ability to adapt
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of treasury products, understanding of liquidity and market risk would be beneficial
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing tight deadlines
- Fluent in Bahasa and English are required
2. Reconciliation Deposit
Job Description :
- Liaise with other business units to advise on accounting treatment for various campaign or Ad-Hoc accounting event
- Perform reconciliations on GL level for various digital banking transactions
- Identify and act on discrepancies found in the reconciliation process related units
- Take part in projects (including UAT) for new product development
- Propose fixes or enhancements to Digital Banking transaction reconciliation process
- Prepare adjusting journal entries necessary from reconciliation discrepancies, as well as monitoring the difference which have been outstanding
- Involve in month end closing including preparation of adjusting entries, fluctuation analysis, and group reporting
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university
- Familiar with bank system infrastructure and business workflow, particularly in Deposit area
- Experience in handling project and UAT, excellent in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholder such as finance users, project manager and developer
- Good understanding on Bank’s processes and products
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills & excellent time management skills
- Able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure, fast learner and ability to adapt
- Fluent in Bahasa and English are required
3. Account Payable Section Head
Job Description :
- Review and validate daily invoices received and recorded in accounting system.
- Review and validate cash reports advances, settlement of employee advances, and daily petty cash transactions received and also recorded in the accounting system.
- Review and validate invoices and supporting documents accordingly company policies andprocedures.
- Ensure all invoices are properly recorded Correct.
- Create a weekly payment schedule.
- Ensuring invoice payment as well make sure you get approval according to the procedure.
- Perform AP ledger reconciliation to trial balance.
- Match daily invoices received with a purchase order and receipt goods/services.
- Respond to internal inquiries and external related to invoices and vendor payments.
- Provides a bi-weekly payment list in line with the payment cycle.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Payable or Accounting, prior experience in Financial Services industry will be an advantage
- Understand the process of payments to vendors, employee claims, employee advances and petty cash transactions.
- Able to communicate both verbally and written in English and Bahasa to communicate with our internal team
- Excellent communications skills and time management
- Experienced in using Accounting System
- Experienced in handling high-volume transactions.
4. Regulatory Reporting
Job Description :
- Prepare good financial statement analysis balance sheet as well as profit and loss and ratios
- Prepare LBUT reports on a daily and monthly basis.
- Handle all reporting activities related to forex transactions (esp. LBUT&LLD)
- Provide advice and demonstrate treasury reporting standard
- Identify any data error or unreconciling item between report and data
- Involve in regulatory reporting project automation
- Support Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and external audit data request
Job Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economic or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Regulatory Reporting in Banking Industry or related position
- Minimum 1 year of experience in LLD reporting
- Familiar with LBUT reporting processes
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa
- Excellent time management skills and possess the ability to adapt
6. Project & Product Analyst – Finance Project
Job description :
- Review Business Requirement Document (BRD), Product Requirement Document (PRD) and ensure alignment with prevailing accounting policies and controls, regulatory requirement and management reporting needs, checking data integrity and involve in UAT
- Review product paper and assess the impact to system information, data mart and specific accounting treatment.
- Review the impact of new regulatory requirements and assess the impact to system information and accounting
- Loan and funding EIR module control
Job requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking from a reputable university
- Prior experience working in Bank or Big 4 companies for minimum of 3 years working experience in accounting advisory or IT consulting (optional)
- Knowledge in digital banking industry will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal, written
- Excellent time management skill
- Fast learner and ability to adapt
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
B. Operations Team
1. Collection Policy
Job Description :
- Formulate and socialize SOP/TGU to all employees in the Collection & AR Division as well as to other stakeholders
- Evaluate SOP/TGU to be adjusted to the latest regulations and support the effectiveness and efficiency of work
- Conduct documentation and administration related to all procedures and provisions at the Collection
- Creating handbook as technical guidelines
- Review issues related to quality by coordinating with QA Collection Support
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any Major
- Minimum 2 (two) years working in the quality or risk department in the banking industry
- Understand regulations and business processes in the banking industry
- Minimum has Risk Management Certification (BSMR) Level 1 or Training
- Has the ability of Ms. Office
2. Collection Partnership Management
Job Description :
- Ensure optimal performance of Partner by monitoring and evaluating Collection partner effectively
- Analyze Partner Performance metrics such as Recovery rates, Collection activity efficiency and Customer Feedback
- Provide Regular reports on Collection Partnership to management
- Identify areas for improvement and with with partners to optimize collection processes
- Collaborate with Internal Collection QA to act as the primary point of contact to deliver the QA result, and resolutions of disputes between the Company and Partners
- Identify QA findings from reports that need to be submitted to Loan Channeling/Joint Financing partners
- Convey QA findings to relevant departments in Loan Channeling/Joint Financing partners
- Coordinate with all partners regarding data requests related to QA Loan Channeling/Joint Financing sampling to be fulfilled by each partner
- Monitoring and repairs carried out by partners is in accordance with bank standards and regulations
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking product operations/business, especially Loan Channeling/Joint Financing
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Understanding the provisions and business processes in the banking industry
- Able to use data processing tools and operate Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

C. Internship Position
1. Public Relation Intern
Responsibilities :
- Assist alongside the team to build SeaBank’s branding to be top-of-mind in the digital bank
- Assist in developing public relation activities and map out the tasks needed to implement it
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of SeaBank products, market insights
- Assist in public relation initiatives, such as media/press release, maintain relationship with media, Executive events or conferences
Requirements :
- Final year students from relevant major or candidates with 0-1 year of working experience are welcome to apply
- Interest or familiar in public relation activities and related
- Demonstrate an excepetional strategic thinking with structured communication and data-driven critical thinking, energetic & fast learner

2. Digital Lending Business Intern
Responsibilities :
- Support lending business initiatives and lending projects from propostioning to launching
- Support necessary research for project/business needs as data analysis market research, business development strategy and/or other administrative needs
- Communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders related to lending projects
- Responsive follow-up for administrative needs related to lending business
Requirements :
- Excellent command of English
- Fresh graduates, final year students with no offline or candidates with 0-1 years of experience are welcome to apply

- Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate effectively
