Lowongan Kerja PT Toyota Astra Financial Service (TAF)

Saat ini PT Toyota Astra Financial Service (TAF) membuka rekrutmen kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Management Trainee

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Participate in a 9-month Management Trainee Program designed to groom you into an operational leader within the company.
  • Demonstrate exceptional aptitude in learning, planning, leading, and executing tasks to qualify for the program.
  • Engage in comprehensive training modules to develop a deep understanding of various aspects of the company’s operations.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals and mentors to gain insights into leadership and management practices.

Qualification :

  • Expected young candidate not more than 26 years old Graduated with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Preferably from accounting major
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or professional with less than 2 years of experience
  • Showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, teamwork, and achievement

2. HR Culture Management Analyst

Job Description :

  • Design and execute strategies for cultivating and sustaining organizational culture.
  • Implement programs to reinforce core values and promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of initiatives to maintain a strong organizational culture.

Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Graduated from psychology, industrial engineering, and management major
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or professional with less than 2 years of experience
  • Showing excellent personal quality in analysis and judgement, teamwork, and good time management

3. Marketing Analyst

Job Description :

  • Responsible for planning, developing and socializing debit package, program, and policy, also maintaining a good relation between company, dealer, and customer.
  • Responsible to planning and developing business, products, services, and new program for Retail Captive Finance.

Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or professional with less than 2 years of experience
  • Showing excellent personal quality in analysis and judgement, teamwork, and good time management
