Marketing & PR Officer

What you do :

• Fully in charge at the designated outlet, carrying day-to-day responsibilities and handling marketing program and events execution.
• Work together with the marketing team at HO to implement marketing plans developed by the Brand Manager.
• Have high initiative on generating creative ideas to increase brand awareness and outlet sales.
• Conduct direct customer engagement and give personal touch in order to build loyalty.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and good communications to resolve problems/incidents involving customers.
• Monitor customer and media’s opinion of the brand and its products.
• Represent the brand for meetings with potential partners, and participation at local events and networking opportunities.
• Develop good working relationships with local media, liaise with the press on potential news stories, and build connections with local KOLs.
• Provide content for the brand’s social media posts and responses to customers online.
• Handle local content production schedule and arrangement.
• Provide reports on running programs, events, PR efforts, and campaign performance, and share them with the Brand Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with local trends and conduct market research to new F&B places in the area or city.

• Bachelor (S1) from any major with GPA minimum 3.00
• Have a strong interest in marketing
• Experience 1 years in handling marketing program and events execution
