UD Trucks Indonesia telah merayakan 34 tahun kemitraan di Indonesia, sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Nissan Diesel. Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja PT Astra International Tbk UD Trucks Sales Operation.

Kini, perusahaan tersebut dimiliki oleh Volvo Group, salah satu pelaku bisnis terbesar di industri truk. Namanya berubah menjadi UD Trucks.

Astra UD Trucks adalah agen tunggal dan produsen UD Trucks dengan produk pendukungnya. Produk UD Trucks dipasarkan oleh UD Trucks Sales Operation sebagai distributor resmi melalui 15 cabang termasuk jaringan dealer.

Lowongan Kerja PT Astra International Tbk UD Trucks Sales Operation

Saat ini PT Astra International Tbk UD Trucks Sales Operation memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Cost Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Handle day-to-day operations related to Cost Accounting matters including SAP (e.g. posting journals, outstanding inventory, telematics transactions)
  • Prepare actual vs standard cost report
  • Reconcile invoice from suppliers with price lists
  • Prepare monthly reports to management (e.g gross Proft, Stock Cards, Inventory Aging reports)
  • Handle stock opname (internal and external)
  • Prepare data and documents for Audits (Finance Statements, Tax and Customs)

Requirement :

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year experience, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Holding certificate of Brevet A & B will be an advantage
  • Familiar in working with Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power Point, SAP or any other accounting programs
  • Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
  • Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
  • Adaptive to work in an agile environment
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken

2. Cost Controller

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare quarterly business plan for shareholders
  • Conduct monthly financial review on actual vs planning with all related departements
  • Analyze the difference of actual financial performance vs business plan and propose alternative solutions to minimize the difference
  • Ensure profitability target will be achieved by reviewing the changes on sales price and cost of product
  • Prepare standard costing
  • Conduct feasibility studies on new projects and/or investment

Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree in accounting with Brevet A/B Certification and/or CA Certification is an advantage
  • At least 1-3 years experience of handling Cost Control or Budget or Cost Accounting
  • Well understanding on PSAK, IFRS and/or Tax regulations
  • Familiar in working with SAP, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptive to work in an agile environment
  • Able to communicate in English both written and verbally
  • Experience in leading a team will be an added value

3. Sales Development

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and executive sales strategy by respective area
  • Monitor, control and provide guidance for sales activity in the dealers within the sales authorization & budget
  • Develop sales plan and forecast
  • Regularly visit customer and identify & acquire prospect customers
  • Coordinate with dealers on various business aspect i.e marketing activities, customer database, win-loss data analysis, managing inventory, customer financial management etc
  • Drive and implement sales system and process
  • Coordinate and support Network Development and AM team to ensure proper MRC (Market Release Criteria) implementation at dealer branches and sites
  • Responsible and managing the sales discount support properly within the budget

Requirement :

  • Minimum bachelor degree from all major
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the truck industry or automotive
  • Understand customers, build a strong relationship with customers and good negotiation skill
  • Have strong business insight, analytical thinking and market development
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
