1. ASSISTANT INNOVATION PLANNING MANAGER – SKIN CLEANSING
Responsibilities :
- Managing overall innovation network
- Ensuring masterdata and product readiness for innovation projects
- Executing OTIF fulfillment for innovation
- Business waste management on transition
- Inventory management
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or science
- Strong background in project management and supply chain management
- Knowledge in end-to-end supply chain planning from forecasting to purchasing and inventory control, including master data management process. Proficiency in MS Excel and Project Management tools.
2. CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT EXCELLENCE (CDE) YOGYAKARTA
Key Accountabilities :
- DT management: Handling, manage and ensure Distributor in respected area achieve UFS target in right ways and bring good service level to customer.
- Develop Trade Channel: Ensure UFS Product in every display of our Wholesaler / LCC and target to increasing sku/ outlet.
- Develop Horeca Channel: Create demand creation in every potential Horeca operator for UFS business usage.
- Penetration: ensure UFS product distributed and penetrated align with UFS Strategy
- Chefmanship : Interest and full learning of culinary capability to bring demand creation and bring solution to customer by using UFS Product.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia area
- Professional with minimum 2 years relevant working experiences as Sales Supervisor in FMCG business.
- Solid experiences in managing distributors, B2B, Horeca, Go to Market Strategy & trade category.
- Proven leading team experience& good negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
- Excellent Microsoft office & excel, able to carry out analysis and interpretation of data.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, proactive, can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and work well in a fast-paced environment.
3. ASSISTANT AREA SALES MANAGER GENERAL TRADE OUTER ISLAND (INDONESIA TIMUR: E.G PAPUA, MALUKU, KALIMANTAN, SULAWESI)
Responsibilities :
- Ensure he/she can drive Unilever sales team that have the right capabilities, skills, resources and information to deliver Unilever’s objectives
- Track and analyze the sales implementation to ensure compliance to set guidelines, and to take prompt action to correct problems
- Human Resource Management – selection of distributor team, direction and motivational input and implementation of a reward and recognition system
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia’s Sumatera Area
- Professional with minimum 3 years relevant working experiences in FMCG business
- Solid experiences in managing distributors, Go to Market Strategy & trade category

4. DEPUTY ICC CATEGORY MANAGEMENT MANAGER
This role is expected to :
- Lead and safeguard the quality of all category management initiatives with ICC capabilities, including replanogramming & store relayouting
- Review category management initiatives result
- Drive 6P perfect stores
- Conduct research on channel & shoppers
- Manage research support to various stakeholders (CSP, CMI, Brand) and responsible to provide relevant insights
- Manage & develop ICC spacemen team capabilities
- Support JBP agenda for key customers, with a focus on LMT customers.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in MT/LMT
- Has a passion and drive to grow retailer categories
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong in Data and insights analytics
- Strong in project management & data acumen
- Strong influencing. communication and interpersonal skills.
5. IC ID ASSISTANT MANUFACTURING MANAGER FOR MOULDED AND INBOUND LOGISTICS
What can you expect from the role?
- Managing daily Production specifically for Moulded lines,
- Lead Continuous Improvement for Production; related to Safety, Quality, Service and Productivity.
- Ensure high service rate of inbound logistics; in coordination with 3P Logistics to support factory operation.
- Explore and initiate Saving Ideas in his area.
Requirements :
- Possess technical education background (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineer)
- Able to lead and coordinate others with different function & background
- Love to play with numbers and have analytical thinking
- Possess structured way of thinking and able to present well
