PT Itci Hutani Manunggal merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Hutan Tanaman Industri (HTI) dengan Acacia mangium dan Eucalyptus sp. sebagai tanaman utama yang mempunyai luasan konsesi ±161.127 Ha terletak di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang telah mendapatkan legalitas pengelolahan hutan (SK IUPHHK-HTI) melalui Keputusan Menteri Kehutanan No. 184/Kpts-II/1996 tanggal 23 April 1996. Saat ini Perusahaan memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. ⁠⁠Assessment Centre Officer

What You’ll Do :

  • Craft and Implement: Develop dynamic assessment tools and methodologies that align with our strategic goals.
  • Analyze and Advise: Evaluate candidate performance with precision and provide actionable insights to enhance our hiring practices.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with HR and department leaders to ensure seamless integration of assessment processes.
  • Lead and Train: Empower your colleagues with training and support on effective assessment techniques and tools.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • Experience in assessment or other
  • psychological testing tools is preferred.
  • Proficient in behavioral observation.
  • Capable of analytical and critical thinking.
  • Able to interact with diverse individuals and manage group dynamics effectively.
  • Upholds professional ethics and maintains confidentiality of information.
  • Skilled in advanced data processing using Microsoft Excel.

2.⁠ ⁠⁠Payroll Specialist

What You’ll Do :

  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that align with company goals, including setting performance metrics and conducting evaluations.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Reward Programs: Design and manage competitive reward programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance, payroll, and reward data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of performance management, payroll, and reward processes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or payroll.
  • Experience with PPH21, BPJS TK, and BPJS Kesehatan using SIPP and Edabu systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Understanding of labor laws, including at a minimum the Omnibus Law.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kalimantan.

3.⁠ ⁠⁠Recruitment Specialist

What You’ll Do :

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract skilled candidates through various channels.
  • Candidate Engagement: Foster relationships and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strategize solutions.
  • Innovation: Implement creative recruitment strategies to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessments (psikotes).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with candidates.
  • Willingness to work on-site in East Kalimantan.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

4. Mandor Trainee

Kualifikasi :

  • SMA/SMK, D1-D3 (semua jurusan)
  • Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah operasional atau remote area
  • Memiliki motivasi kerja dan kemauan belajar yang tinggi
  • Memiliki Jiwa Leadership dan komunikasi dengan baik
