Orang Tua Group (OT) adalah perusahaan consumer goods yang memproduksi berbagai macam produk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Berawal dari minuman kesehatan tradisional dengan bahan dan proses terstandar berkualitas tinggi, OT telah berkembang semakin modern tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai positif dan luhur yang dicetuskan oleh pendiri perusahaan. OT Retail memulai bisnisnya dengan toko minuman pada tahun 2010, BOTTLE AVENUE dan VINYARD, berlokasi di Bali. Pada tahun 2013 OT Retail memperluas bisnisnya dengan mendirikan dua merek ritel, yaitu BEAU dan MOR. BEAU merupakan tempat pertama di Indonesia yang menyediakan semua produk kecantikan, mudah dijangkau, dan dengan pelayanan terbaik. Sementara MOR adalah Convenience Store pertama asli Indonesia. Dan hanya butuh waktu setahun saja bagi OT Retail untuk meluncurkan merek barunya.

Dan pada tahun 2019, di bulan Juni, OT Retail telah membangun 100 toko. Bersamaan juga dengan dibentuknya PT Tatareta Ritel Indonesia yang menjadi holding OT Ritel Group.

1. Private Client Officer (PCO)

Job Description :

• Explaining to patient about company’s products specification and services
• Responsible for patient registration
• Manage patient treatment schedules
• Manage patient database

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA minimum 3.00 Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field
• Fluent in English, Proficiency in mandarin is a plus
• Jakarta Selatan placement

2. Marketing Consultant

Job Description :

• Explaining to potential customer about company’s products specification and services
• Closing deal thorough face to face with customer, assisting customer and supporting customer’s requests

Qualifications :

• Minimum requirement Bachelor Degree in any field (Preferred in Marketing & Business)
• Fluent in English, able to speak in Mandarin will be prioritized
• Experience in selling products related to Health Care and Beauty Clinic will be prioritized
• Jakarta Selatan Placement

3. Secretary

Job Description :

• Perform administrative secretarial duties
• Follow up and coordinate tasks and projects
• Arrange meeting schedules and create Minutes of Meeting (MOM)

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA minimum 3.00
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Jakarta Selatan Placement

4. Graphic Designer

Job Description :

• Work closely with management to assist with graphic design
• Participate in creating new design ideas as part of product development
• Assists in maintaining and updating of any new media and designs for brand website and all other social media platforms

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA minimum 3.00
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

5. Purchasing Staff – Medical

Job Description :

• Source and buy materials, goods, and services related to medical stuff
• Negotiate with vendor & interview prospective supplier

Qualification :

• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field

6. HRD Personalia

Job Description :

• Responsible for managing the employee database system
• Manage and report employee absences
• Perform administrative tasks

Qualifications :

• Minimum education S1 majoring in Psychology/Law/Management with minimum GPA 3.00
