PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia merupakan kolaborasi antara Grup Astra dengan Volvo Group, sebagai Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk UD Trucks dan bekerja sama dengan UD Trucks Sales Operation (UDSO) atau yang juga dikenal sebagai Astra UD Trucks dan United Tractors dalam pendistribusian produk UD Trucks di Indonesia. Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia (Member of ASTRA).

Perusahaan bertanggung jawab untuk mengimpor, mencari, merakit / membuat dan grosir serta layanan purna jual produk UD di pasar Indonesia. UD Truck, sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Nissan Diesel, telah berpatner dengan astara sejak 1984.

Dengan dibentuknya UD Astra Motor Indonesia, seluruh produk UD Trucks yang dipasarkan di Indonesia, diimpor oleh UD Astra Motor Indonesia dalam bentuk completely knocked down (CKD) dan completely built up (CBU).

Lowongan Kerja PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia (Member of ASTRA)

Saat ini PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia (Member of ASTRA) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Quality, Product, And Process Engineer

Responsibilities :

Monitoring quality standards, product and process
Secure compliance to manufacturing quality standards and quality control for production including:
- GQR (Global Quality Requirements), control plan and inspection needed in accordance with UD Trucks standard
- Green OK and product audit process
- Campaign process or deviation handling
Secure and maintain a functioning quality management system in accordance with ISO 9000
Support production quality and quality judgetment based on UD Trucks standard
Approve scrapping of non-conformity material and/or excess material
Manage quality claims and campaigns
Do fitting trial for new local part
Propose, trial, and approve packing delivery design
Handling and monitoring part claim to local supplier
Good received unit assembly by SAP
Hand over unit from others business unit

Requirement :

Minimum 2 years experience in process production area in Trucks or Automotive Industry
Bachelor Degree’s from Engineering majors
Have strong knowledge and technical skills about Trucks production process, quality produciton system, and quality standards will be advantage
Strong interpersonal skill, credibility, integrity and creativity
Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written, spoken, and understanding)
Willing to be Placed in Karawang

2. Logistic Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities :

Control and monitoring arrival of KD Kits, Local Parts, UCR, and Extra Order as plan
Control Inventory Stock Level at warehouse
Create SAP process such as Good Received, Certificate NIK, Material Master, Production Order NIK, and Bill of Material

Requirements :

Diploma Degree from Industrial Engineering (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Good communication and negotiation
Familiar working with Ms Office
Strong integrity
Fluent in English both oral and written
Willing to be place in Karawang

3. Buyer Supplier / Purchasing

Responsibilities :

Manage supplier audit
Handle part development
Manage Process Change Management and Supplier Sourcing
Manage UCR Control and Project Control
Handle business case making
Manage cost planning

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor degree’s from Mechanical Engineering (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
Having maximum 2 years experience as buyer or purchasing in Trucks or Automotive Industry will be advantage
Having experience deadling with vendor
Good communication and negotiation
Familiar working with Ms Office
Strong integrity
Fluent in English both oral and written
Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
