Lowongan Kerja PT Social Bella Indonesia (Sociolla)

Saat ini PT Social Bella Indonesia (Sociolla) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Senior Business Partnership & Operations

Job Descriptions :

  • Build & manage partnership with brand partners for omni channel (communication, revenue, stock, profitability, promotion, visibility, branding, activation, review, etc)
  • Liaise with other internal teams (business functions) to support brands performance
  • Involve in initiate idea, negotiate, coordinate and execute the new business opportunities plans to the Sociolla B2C

Requirements :

  • Has minimum 2 years experience in retail/ ecommerce
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, and own sense of urgency for incident resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions
  • Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills who is willing to go the extra mile
  • Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

2. Trainer Staff

Job Description :

  • Develop presentation, training materials, and implement training programs for Sociolla & Lilla (basic, monthly, advance training) both online & offline training, also manage the course and post-test via LMS
  • Mastering fundamental knowledge of the brands, products, and selling skills & service excellence
  • Working closely with other stakeholders (such as: Operation team, Commercial team, Brand, Campaign team) for training purposes
  • Providing a report for BA training results to the Operation team by giving feedback and score of the assessment to identify areas for improving performance

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a trainer or in-store experience
  • Having background in retail and beauty area is preferred
  • Good communication skill
  • Having experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willing to travel
