PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (PT SMI) merupakan Special Mission Vehicle (SMV) di bawah koordinasi Kementerian Keuangan yang bergerak di bidang pembiayaan infrastruktur dan penyiapan proyek infrastruktur. Didirikan pada tahun 2009, PT SMI merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang seluruh modal sahamnya dimiliki oleh Negara Republik Indonesia melalui Kementerian Keuangan. Berikut ini Lowongan Kerja PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero).

PT SMI memiliki mandat sebagai katalis dalam percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia, termasuk mendukung implementasi skema Pemerintah dan Badan Usaha (KPBU). Mandat tersebut berfokus pada dua tujuan utama, yaitu mengoptimalkan manfaat ekonomi dan sosial bagi masyarakat dan mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) serta mitigasi perubahan iklim.

Dalam menjalankan peran dan mengembangkan bisnisnya, PT SMI memiliki tiga pilar bisnis yaitu: Pembiayaan & Investasi, Layanan Konsultasi, dan Pengembangan Proyek.

Saat ini PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) saat ini sedang membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Staf Funding & Investment Evaluation

Job Description :

  • Conduct risk profile review and determine the risk rating of (Prospective) Debtors on Equity Investment activities and placement of funds in Securities.
  • Provide support to Risk Taking Division in monitoring profile changes of Investee’s risk on Equity activities Investment and Fund Placement at Securities.
  • Optimization of Risk Management tools on Equity Investment activities and
  • placement of funds in Bond Investments.
  • Supporting tasks outside the role mentioned above given by the Head Division to support division’s main duties and functions.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Economy/Finance/Engineering/Business)
  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Has on-hand experience in reviewing financial report, debtor performance, corporate finance and review funds in equity or bond investment.
  • Able to communicate well with external and internal party related to corporate
  • Proficient in using software for data analysis and project management
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa

2. Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Staff

Job Description :

  • Conduct analysis, research, project management, public consultation, and community development in terms of GESI mainstreaming.
  • Undertaking programs/activities referring to policies/standards related to GESI aspects in Indonesia and international standards (World Bank, ADB, UN Women, etc).
  • Have the ability to assimilate and apply new techniques and knowledge quickly to deliver insights and solve problems.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, or other equivalent disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Has understanding related to Advisory Services business and project management is an advantage
  • Able to communicate well with external and internal party related to research institute
  • Proficient in using software for data analysis and project management
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa

3. Corporate Initiative Management & Development Staff (Corporate Strategy)

Job Description :

  • Develop RJPP, RKAP, Bussiness Plan and/or Financial analysis as needed by the Company
  • Create comprehensive and accurate report regarding RKAP,RJPP or Financial analysis
  • Develop communicative and engaging company profile
  • Create and monitor financial report
  • Able to present communicative management report

Requirements :

  • Minimum education Bachelor’s degree related in Analysis/Finance/Banking/Bussiness
  • On Hand experience in developing RKAP, RJPP and Financial report
  • Good analytical and critical thinking
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa and English
  • Familiar with Ms.Office work tool
  • Good understanding in SOE business process will be advantage
