PT Primahotel Manajemen Indonesia (D’Prima Hotel) bergerak di bidang Hospitality, PT Primahotel Management Indonesia, didirikan pada 21 April 2011. Hotel D’Prima saat ini sudah memiliki 7 Hotel yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia yaitu WTC Mangga Dua, ITC Mangga Dua, Medan, Airport Jakarta Terminal 1A, Airport Jakarta 1, Melawai.( Member Primajaya Group : Roti O, Polo) Lowongan Kerja PT Primahotel Manajemen Indonesia.

1. Guest Relation Officer (Female)

Requirements :

  • Vocational certificate or degree in hotel management or equivalent
  • Relevant experience as Guest Relation would be an added advantage
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Fluent in the national language, Business English and a third language would be an advantage
  • Computer literate (Windows environmentt), PMS and an aptitude for new technologies
  • Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition

2. Front Desk Agent

Requirements :

  • Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or at a hospitality studies management school or anyone with a significant experience as customer service or reception position
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Good communication skills and able to assist Management in increasing the Hotel’s profitability
  • Languages: fluent in the national language, Business English and a third language would be an added advantages
  • Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated, set a good working example for all subordinates
  • Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition
  • Placement at :
    • Jakarta Airport Terminal 1A, Jakarta Airport 2, Tangerang
    • Bandung

3. Pastry Sous Chef

Requirements :

  • Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant position, rpeferably in hotel
  • Experience that demonstrates well established technical know-how
  • Ability for Supervising, coordiniating and controlling the daily pastry production for the entire hotel
  • Able to ensure proper preparation and implementation of pastry area in compliance to hotel’s standards
  • Computer literate in the Windows environment
  • Well-groomed and have a pleseant disposition

4. IT Officer

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in information technology
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in the same position, hotel background would be an added advantages
  • Languages: fluent in the national language, Business English and a third language would be an added advantages
  • Having a positive attitude towards works, be self-disciplined and self-motivated
  • Well-groomed and have a pleseant dispoition

5. Executive Secretary

Requirements :

  • Degree to Maters or equivalent (from academy, university or a specialized hospitality or management school) or operational experience 1 to 2 years relevant experience in relevant position at hospitality, tourism, leisure, or health sectors, working for a large volume business unit
  • Languages: fluent in the national language, English and a 3rd language would be an added advantages
  • Computer literate (Windows environment) and an aptitude of new technologies
  • Having a good Time management skillls include the ability to focus, organize, prioritize, communicate and delegate, able to prioritize and follow up deadlines outstanding matters to the Director
  • Knowledgeable of the Administration & General operation and the relationship to the supporting departements and the hotel operation in general
  • To be able to give the best efforts consistently, be flexible and have common sense in order to help the Director to achieve the objectives of the departement and the hotel

6. Purchasing Project Staff

Requirements :

  • Bachelor or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in hotel industry would be an added advantages
  • Create purchase orders and tally these with supply reguests and orders:
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures,
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, guality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc,
  • Able to proceed purchase order after appropriate purchase reguest has been proposed, and keep following up delivery schedule
  • Computer literate (Windows environment) and an aptitude for new technologies
  • Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition

7.  Purchasing Staff

Requirements :

  • Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition
  • Bachelor or Diploma degree in Accountancy
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to proceed purchase order after appropriate purchase reguest has been proposed, and keep following up delivery schedule
  • Must be familiar with the local and national tax reguirements
  • Good listening skills, able to anticipate
  • Computer literate (Windows environment) and an aptitude for new technologies

8. Human Resources Manager

Requirements :

  • Well-groomed and have a pleasanDegree to Masters or eguivalent (from university or a specialized hospitality or management school) or operational experience.
  • 5 years experience in the hospitality, tourism, or leisure, working for a large volume business unit.
  • Fluent in English (and national language), 3rd language would be an added advantage
  • Ability to work in project mode
