PT PBB – PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat (Persib) adalah klub sepak bola Indonesia yang berbasis di Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Klub ini mulai berdiri pada 14 Maret 1933. Persib saat ini bermain di Liga 1 Indonesia. Julukan mereka adalah Maung Bandung dan Pangeran Biru. Lowongan Kerja PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat.

Seiring klub di Indonesia harus berubah status menjadi klub profesional yang tidak boleh lagi menggunakan dana dari pemerintah, maka klub PERSIB mengikuti peraturan tersebut. Konsekuensi dari perubahan itu, PERSIB perlu melakukan pembenahan dalam semua bidang, termasuk dalam komunikasi.

1. Customer Service Representative
Job Description :
- Answer questions from supporters, players, and staff about the football club, its policies, and its products and service
- Resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide support to supporters, players, and staff with their ticketing, merchandise, and other needs
- Work with other departements to ensure that customer service needs are met
- Stay up-to-date on the latest news and information about the football club
- Represent the football club in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good looking and maximum age of 30 years
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle mulitple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Passion for football

2. Business Analyst
Job Description :
- Work with the Head of Buiness Development to identify, analyze, and povide recommendations regarding ongoing business trends
- Perform data gathering and analysis related to PERSIB supporters inisght, membership dynamics, content performance, and sponsorhip activities
- Plan development projects for PERSIB and its commercial partners
- Produce project reports for PERSIB activations, development initiatives, and sponsorship activations
- Support the commercial departement in securing and managing brand projects with partners
Requirements :
- Bachelor or diploma degree in Business Management or Marketing with a GPA minimum 2,75
- A Master’s degree in the field of Business, Marketing, or Sport Management would be a plus
- Maximum age of 30 years
- Prior working experience as Marketing Consultant or Research Agency would be a plus
- Able to conduct market research in various froms would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills in identifying problems and proposing a solution
- Able to prepare presentation slides that addres business issues of PERSIB and commercial partner
- Willing to work on weekends, especially during PERSIB home matches
- Willing to be assigned to work and travel to multiple cities as needed by the company
- Client orientation is a must
