PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk (TCID) memproduksi dan memperdagangkan produk perawatan kulit, perawatan rambut, kosmetik, dan parfum. Didirikan pada tahun 1969 dengan nama PT Tancho Indonesia, merupakan perusahaan patungan antara Mandom Corporation dan NV The City Factory.

Operasi komersialnya dimulai pada tahun 1971 dengan memproduksi produk perawatan rambut. Pada tahun 1975, meluncurkan seri kosmetik pria, Mandom. Selanjutnya memasuki pasar kosmetik wanita pada tahun 1987. Perusahaan mulai mengekspor produknya ke ASEAN dan Jepang pada tahun 1990, kemudian melakukan IPO pada tahun 1993. Produk-produknya yang terkenal antara lain; Lucido~L, Pixy, Pucelle, Gatsby, Fresh n Fresh, dan Johnny Andrean.

1. People Development Staff

Job Description(s) :

• Assist in identifying training needs and developing training plans for employees at all levels
• Support the organization and administration of in-house and external training programs
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, trainers, and participants
• Manage training documentation, including attendance records, feedback forms, and reports
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, presentations, and learning modules
  Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments and feedback
• Ensure compliance with training policies and company standards
• Provide logistical and administrative support to the Training & Development team

Job Requirement(s) :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Industrial Engineering
• Strong communcation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to operate HRIS is a plus
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask
• Willing to learn and support training activities
• Work Location Head Office – Jakarta Pusat

2. Strategic Advertising Internship

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assist in scouting KOL for brand digital activities.
• Assist in ensuring KOL content meets brand guidelines, visuals, and messaging as outlined in the brief.
• Assist in compiling posted KOL content for reporting purposes performance data (engagement, reach) for campaign evaluation.
• Design visually appealing marketing materials,  including social media graphics, text-based posts, image content, videos, and advertisements.
• Create simple digital content such as images, short videos, and copywriting that reflect the brand’s identity.
• Support branding efforts by maintaining a consistent visual identity across all content.
• Modify and refine designs based on feedback to meet project requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or related field.
• Willing to undergo a period of 6 months internship.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Familiarity with KOL/influencer marketing trends and social media engagement strategies.
• Ability to create simple digital content.
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your graphic design work (not required, but would be a plus points)
• Willing to adhere to the WFO policy.
