3. Field Operator NC Hot
Job Responsibility :
- Abides by all safety procedures and practices applicable to location and position; participates in appropriate safety training.

Job Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advice and assistance to technical, construction, maintenance engineers and operation personnel on all matters related to electrical systems.
- Provide technical support to operation and maintenance unit to troubleshoot electrical equipment failure and performance including reporting and documentation.
- Analyze system performance and find solution for energy saving included with make recommendation for technical/economic optimization of existing and future facilities.

Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling chemical and physical analysis the process and product sample
- Analyze and recommend relevant improvements to all materials in increasing efficiency on Plant processes
- Conducts chemical experiments, tests, and analysis under Engineer/Superior supervision with existing Laboratory equipment and facilities

Job Description :
- Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders
- Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level
- Manage spare parts and alignment between the maintenance team and material warehouse
- Ensure availability spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
- Calculate and prepare resouced requirements (labor and spare parts) for maintenance and project activites

16. OH & Safety Technician
Job Responsibilities :
- Routine daily site patrol and safety observation to identify Safety hazard and risk including unsafe act, unsafe condition, compliance wearing PPE and non conformance OHS
- Remind, sensitize, encourage and provide advice to workers who violate or disobey safety regulations in order to create a safe workplace.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, and promoting a culture of health and safety in the workplace.
- Record and report all OHS finding item and ensure closed out of follow up action
- Person in charge OHS for verivication a work permit and energy isolation at site work.
- Collect, record & report all OHS feed back from employee or contractor in suggestion box
- Emergency Response team member if any emergency situation
- Crane, vehicle, forklift, scaffolding & heavy equipment inspector
- Involve to develop and installation OHS sign, tag, poster, banner in regard promoting OHS awareness program
- Involve & follow emergency practice/drill regularly
- First aider and resquer during emergency situation
Job Requirements :
- D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, K3 Engineering or others technical background
- Preferred have > 5 years of work experience in a similar role at Petrochemical/chemical plant or refinery.
- Preferred has HSE practical experience

17. Industrial Hygiene Engineer
Job Responsibilities :
- Developing Industrial Health and hygiene program (Food, clinic, workplace environment, etc.)
- Workplace environmental measurement and mangement (noise, dust, vibration, etc)
- First aid in case of an emergency
- Managing IH training and implementation related to workplace health and hygiene
- Planning management for Health
- Collaborating with company doctor to control health program and clinic facilities
- Developing and implement health risk assessment
- Promoting and campaign health program awareness to employees
- Advising and collaborating with management to resolve occupational health issues.

Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare application for Expatriate needs, driver, work permit, stay permit, visa, other supporting documents, gasoline, etc. (especially experience handling driver and cars)
- Administrative arrangements for employee during work travelling (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, hotel or apartment agreement, and related arrangements),
- Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly (paper print, stationery needs, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner,
- Petty Cash handling and report,
- Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions,
