1. Warehouse & Logistic Section Head

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the daily warehouse and material control operations, including supervision of staff, equipment, and systems.
• Oversee material receiving processes — verifying quantities and quality together with Material Users.
• Plan and maintain an effective material storage system that ensures accessibility, safety, and quality preservation.
• Supervise material preservation activities throughout the storage period.
• Prepare accurate reports on incoming materials and inventory movements.
• Manage all warehouse documentation, including Material Receiving Reports (MRR), Material Discrepancy Reports (OSDR), and stock cards.
• Control and approve material issuance based on MIS/MBS documents.
• Monitor and verify material returns and excess materials from subcontractors.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and stock opname activities.
• Manage the receipt and handling of project scrap materials.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Management
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehouse or Inventory Management with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in EPC industries
• Strong understanding of Warehouse and Inventory Control processes
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in executing and supporting project operations
• Willing to be assigned in job site North Kalimantan

2. Warehouse Officer

Job Responsibilities :

• Receive and store materials properly in the warehouse.
• Prepare unloading reports for all incoming goods.
• Prepare unpacking/unboxing reports for received materials.
• Verify and record the quantity of received materials.
• Process material requests using MIS/MBS documents.
• Handle material returns using MRS documents.
• Conduct regular inventory checks or stock opname to ensure accuracy.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse helpers.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma (D3), preferably in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project-based warehouse operations is preferred
• Willing to be assigned in job site North Kalimantan

3. Material Control Officer

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure all material transactions are properly entered and updated in the Inventory Management System (SAP) by the SAP Data Entry team.
• Support the Warehouse & Material Control Superintendent in preparing Material Receiving Reports (MRR).
• Follow up on Material Discrepancy Reports (OSDR) to prevent disruption to overall construction material needs.
• Review and approve material issuance requests listed in MIS/MBS.
• Receive and verify material return reports listed in MRS.
• Provide regular Material Balance List (MBL) reports to Engineering, Procurement, and Construction departments.
• Prepare MBL data as the basis for the Warehouse Superintendent in conducting stock opname activities.

Job Requirements :

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project-based operations is preferred
