PT Daikin Industries Indonesia

PT Daikin Industries Indonesia (DIID) merupakan bagian dari Daikin Industries, Ltd yang berdiri dan berpusat di Osaka Jepang, (DIID) merupakan pabrik pendingin udara (AC) yang berdiri di kawasan Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), Cikarang, Jawa Barat dan mulai dibangun (ground breaking) pada Desember 2022. DIID dibangun di atas lahan seluas 204.000 meter persegi dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 1,5 juta unit per tahun untuk tahap pertama. Target produksi dimulai pada Desember 2024 dengan kapasitas 500 ribu set AC rumah tangga (RA), kemudian pada April 2025 kapasitas produksi akan ditingkatkan menjadi 1 juta set RA dan pada awal tahun 2026, total kapasitas produksi ditargetkan mencapai 1,5 juta set RA.

Untuk membangun keseluruhan pabrik tersebut dibutuhkan investasi sebesar 6 triliun rupiah yang akan menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 2000 orang karyawan.

Lowongan Kerja PT Daikin Industries Indonesia

Saat ini PT Daikin Industries Indonesia memberikan kesempatan lowongan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Procurement Officer

Qualification : 

• Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
• At least 1-3 years experience in Procurement
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering /Management or related field 
• Manage New Model from Trial until Mass Production (Develompment stage – MP)
• Knowing business process (SCM, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality) in general
• Able to read Drawing & BOM structure
• Able to manage parts master information (by SAP)
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Able to use SAP (System Application and Processing
• Have strong negotiation skills
• Detail oriented & good on time management
• Audit for Supplier Assessment process (include Engineering and Quality matter)

2. Safety & Health Supervisor

Qualification :

• Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in any related field 
• Minimum 3 years of experience as S&H Supervisor
• Can communicate in English
• Proficient in computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Planning the job and activity in S&H Section      
• Prepare budget for S&H Section and make report      
• Monitor the implementation of SOP has been carried out properly      
• Conduct and lead S&H Committee Meeting and emergency drill      
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees      
• Implementing the EMS, OHSAS, & Quality policy in accordance with the rules and procedures outlined in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001
• Have AK3U License
• Willing to be place GIIC, Deltamas

3. Import Officer

Job Description :

• Responsible for all import operations (Coordination with supplier, Customs Clearance, Forwarder Development, Delivery / Inbound, Reporting)
• As a main in-charge of import activity, ensuring its compliance with local regulation (lartas), for raw-materials, tools, machines, refrigerant
• Assisting in the audit activity and related reporting to custom office
• Reporting to superior and all related departments regarding inbound material, machine or refrigerant
• Attention to detail and familiar with Import and Export documents (CIPL, B/L, AWB, COO, LARTAS)
• Able to Proceed and familiar with all Incoterm (CIF, FOB, FCA, EXW, DDP)
• Make Improvement and Idea in Cost Reduction for International Trade Activity
• Able to reduce transportation cost

Qualification :

• Understanding of Export Import process
• Have good relationship with customs, 3PL / Forwarder, BUMN, related ministries
• Good communication skill with strong knowledge in Indonesia import and its related regulation
• Have PPJK certificate will be a plus point
• More than 2 years of experience in international trade work
• Experience in Freight Forwarding or Manufacturing (assembly) company, Electronic or Automotive
• A good negotiation skills, and good networking in import domain
• A good updated knowledge to Indonesia import regulation & import system (INSW, lartas, quota import).

4. Production Leader (Heat Exchanger & Piping)

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

• Mengelola dan mengawasi operasi produksi di divisi heat exchanger & piping, memastikan target produksi, kualitas, dan efisiensi tercapai
• Melatih operator, sosialisasi dan monitoring skill matrix
• Melaporkan kerusakan, malfungsi, atau insiden yang terjadi selama operasional pabrik
• Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data produksi, serta menyusun laporan untuk manajemen, termasuk membuat dokumen (WI, CP, Checksheet, Form)
• Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan menjaga lingkungan kerja yang aman

Kualifikasi :

• Minimal Diploma 3 (D3) di bidang teknik industri atau mechanical
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi yang sama (Lebih diutamakan Manufaktur Elektronik atau Automotive Parts)
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang gambar teknik (technical drawing)
• Familiar dengan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel)
• Analisis yang baik dan berorientasi pada detail
• Memiliki pengetahuan pengaturan parameter mesin
• Loyalitas tinggi, mau belajar, dan jujur
• Bersedia bekerja shift
