Saat ini PT Carlcare Service ILA (Transsion Group) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Management Trainee (MT)

Job Description :

• Focus in Sales Departement Operations
• The management trainee program will run for 12 months (trainees as promoters, marketing, retail, area sales) with placement in the Sales departement

Requirements :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree any major (maximum 1-2 years working  experiences)
• Can speak English oral and written
• Willing to do a business trip out of town
• Extrovet, smart
• Hard working, willing to learn
• Interest in Gadgets/Smartphone

2. Regional Sales Manager

Job Description :

• Visiting potential customers for new business development
• Assign quotas to customers
• Having its own potential client/customer (traditional market)
• Ensuring that all product items have been delivered to the client’s
• Customer at the place/in the shop on time

Requirement :

• Can speak Mandarin, English is a plus
• Know & understand all Indonesia area
• Minimum D3/S1 all major
• MUST Have experience in the field of Smartphone, Mobile Acessories and Computer Accessories for at least five years
• Responsible, smart in solving problems, agile, smart in talking and introducing products, having the ability to communicate with clients, confident, honest, disciplined, and thorough
• Ready for business trip

3. Kol Management Specialist

Job Description :

• Work with Global PR/KOL team to align on goals for Infinix in your region
• Work closely with MKT team of key countries in your region to support coverage according to local requirements
• Support PR/KOL communication strategy of product launch in your region to sustain positive, in-depth press coverage
• Work with PR/KOL agency to execute CSR plan
• Contribute to creation of in-house PR/KOL content combined with local trending topic
• Maintain excellent relationships with Tech/Gaming/lifestyle KOLs

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Good at content creation, knowing how to create KOL brief and amplifying them by other touch points such as social media and community etc
• At least 2 years Proven experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within the technology or 3C product industry. 4A agency working experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer landscape
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationship with KOLs
• Must be able to speak and write good English and Indonesia Bahasa. Knowing spoken Chinese is a bonus

4. Event & Community Engagement

Job Description :

• Conduct community event, ensure the event runs smoothly according to the campaign plan
• Build and maintain good relationship, communication and collaboration with partner community & KOL
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the program activities
• Assist Community Lead to desive event planning or related field
• Able to create a report of all implementation community activation
• Oversee event budget and endure all expenses are tracked and managed effectively

Requirement :

• Maximum 28 year old
• Bachelor degree’s any major
• At least 3+ experiences in community networking, media partnership, and KOL management
• An extrovet person with strong creativity and being able to develop community activity
• Have a good knowledge of event planning from the ideation to execution
• Excellent organizational skill and communication skills
• Passionate about lifestyle, entertainment, community events – Good command in English
• Having photo/video editing skills will be an advantage

5. Content Strategist

Job Description :

• Managing content planning from ideation, editing to execution
• Leading a team of content creators and overseeing content for platform apps & social media
• Work closely with Community lead to devise content strategies and drive conversion
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities
• Manage and analyze content performance matrics, generate reports, and provide insight to drive continous improvement

Requirement :

• Able to speak English or Mandarin
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Strong Copywriting
• Content Strategy
• Digital Marketing
• Photo/Video Sftware Editing (will be plus)
