PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk merupakan perusahaan multinasional yang memproduksi kaca yang bermarkas di Jakarta, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1971 dan resmi beroperasi sejak tahun 1973. Perusahaan menghasilkan berbagai jenis kaca bangunan dan automotive. Lowongan Kerja PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk.

Saat ini kapasitas produksi perseroan adalah 730.000ton per tahun yang menjadikan perseroan adalah perusahaan kaca terbesar di Asia Tenggara. (BEI: AMFG ) merupakan salah satu produsen kaca otomotif terbesar di Indonesia.

Pada dekade 1970-an, Asahi Glass Co. Ltd. mengadakan joint venture dengan PT Rodamas, sebuah perusahaan perdagangan yang kemudian beralih menjadi produsen produk industri dan konsumen. Keduanya resmi mendirikan Asahimas Flat Glass pada bulan April 1973. Perusahaan tersebut memproduksi kaca jernih sederhana dengan menggunakan Proses Fourcault.

1. MT Produksi

Job Description :

Monitoring and optimizing the production process to maximize efficiency and output
Identify and resolve production-related issues to maintain high quality standards
Collaborate with in and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of production data
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Contribute to the development of new products and production methods

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree / Applied Bachelor Degree (S1/D4) in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field with minimum GPA 3.00
Male with maximum 30 years
Minimum 2 years of experience in a production engineering or process improvement role
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Willing to work in shift in filed jobs
Willing to work in Cikampek

2. MT Quality Control (QAQC)

Job Description :

Supervise and manage the quality control process Guarantee product quality according to requirements
Checking the manufacture or production process according to the procedure
Check work plans and product specifications before and after the production process
Record inspection results by completing all reports, concluding work and entering data into the quality database
Advise ways to improve the production process Oversee the safe use of quality control equipment Reporting to Managerial level.

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree / Applied Bachelor Degree (S1/D4) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field with minimum GPA 3.00
Male with maximum 30 years
Able to speak and write in English
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control / quality management system
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willing to work in Cikampek

3. MT Mechanical

Job Description :

Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial machinery
Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance
Conducting inspections, testing, and analysis to identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance strategies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions to production
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment performance

Qualifications :

Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
Male with maximum age 30 years old
Able to work as a team
At least 2 years experience on same/ related field/ Maintenance on Manufacture
Able to speak and write in English
Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
Willing to work in shift and open for an over time/ emergency working schedule
Relevant experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing or production environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues
Proficient in the use of maintenance tools, equipment, and software
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

4. D3 (Diploma) Level

1. Staff Mechanical (Sidoarjo)

Requirements :

Male with maximum 30 years old
MUST be Associate Degree (D3), from mechanical engineering
Experience in the same field minimum 1-2 years
Have strong skill using design applications (CAD, Solidwork, on any 3D design app) able to interpret technical specification and translate into practical design tools
Proficient in the user of maintenance tools
Able to speak and write in English is a Must
Willing work in shift schedule

2. Staff General Affair (Sidoarjo)

Requirements :

Male & Female with maximum 30 years old
MUST be Associate Degree (D3), any major
Experience in the same field minimum 1-2 years
Able to speak and write in English is a Must

3. Staff Produksi (Cikampek dan Sidoarjo)

Requirements :

Male with maximum 30 years old
MUST be Associate Degree (D3), from industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical/mechatronic engineering, manufacture/mechatronic/chemical engineering
Experience in the same field minimum 1-2 years, open for fresh graduate
Able to speak and write in English is a Must
Willing work in shift schedule

4. Staff Planning (Cikampek)

Requirements :

Male & Female with maximum 30 years old
MUST be Associate Degree (D3), from industrial engineering, mechanical engineering
Experience in the same field minimum 1-2 years, open for fresh graduate
Familiar with production and material planning, scheduling, and inventory management
Familiar with material planning (MRP) and supporting tools (Microsoft Excel)

5. Staff Logistik (Cikampek)

Requirements :

Male with maximum 30 years old
MUST be Associate Degree (D3), from industrial engineering, mechanical engineering
Experience in the same field minimum 1-2 years, open for fresh graduate
Familiar with production and material planning, scheduling, and inventory management
Understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, load & delivery planning, packing material
Able to speak and write in English is a Must
Willing work in shift schedule

6. Staff Electrical (Cikampek)

Requirements :

Male with maximum 30 years old
MUST be Associate Degree (D3), from electrical/mechatronic engineering
Experience in the same field minimum 1-2 years, open for fresh graduate
Proficient in the user of maintenance tools (1), PLC & Electrical system
Able to speak and write in English is a Must
Willing work in shift schedule

7. Staff HSE (Cikampek)

Requirements :

Male & Female with maximum 30 years old
MUST be Associate Degree (D3), from K3
Experience in the same field minimum 1-2 years, open for fresh graduate
Able to speak and write in English is a Must
Willing work in shift schedule
