1. Service & Experience – Logistics Service Excellence

Responsibilities :

Handling complaints and claim tickets and maintaining & increasing claim recovery rate from logistics partners through rules optimization, revamp of CS workflow, product optimization etc
Serve as an escalation point for CS for logistics-related issues, and work closely with a number of internal and external stakeholders to deliver various projects, or to escalate pending issues (CS, logistics teams, logistics service providers, product and business teams, data analytics)
Manage logistics partner CS performance, through help establish standard processes, and create SOPs, Training, and monitoring key metircs

Minimum Qualifications :

More than 3 years of experience with E-commerce customer service/Logistic service provider, ideally interacting with Logistics service provider, Customer/Seller service or Support Operations
Fluent in English
Understand how the end to end logistics process works
Advanced knowledge of working with data and utilizing dashboards to track and analyze trends effectively
Ability to adapt to change and quick action
Preferred Qualifications :
Prefer Experienced in managing end to end claims & compensation including handling cases, designing rules, sops
Prior experience in logistics and operations, with a strong understanding of operational workflows
Experience creating process maps, SOP, and other supporting documentation
Experience working in a large international organization with a diverse workforce
Experience working with cross-functional teams, driving alignment with multiple stakeholders and influencing without authority
Experience managing a relationship with logistics vendor

2. Control Tower Analyst

Job Responsibilities :

Monitor daily delivery operations across multiple legs (first mile, middle mile, last mile) using real-time dashboards and tracking systems
Identify and escalate exceptions, delays, or service disruptions to relevant teams and follow through to resolution
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., hub, line haul, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate shipment flow
Maintain logs and reports on incident handling and resolution for continuous improvement
Analyze recurring issues and support improvement projects to enhance reliability and reduce defects
Participate in daily operational stand-ups and reporting activities
Contribute to SOP development and operational control enhancements

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain control roles; express logistics experience is a plus
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS), tracking tools, and Excel/ Sheets
Good analytical thinking with the ability to interpret operational data
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations or weekends if required

3. Quality & Compliance Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and compliance protocols across operational hubs
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate service failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Lead initiatives to reduce operational defects (e.g., misroutes, delays, damage) and drive continuous improvement
Maintain updated documentation on quality policies, audit results, and compliance records
Deliver training and awareness programs related to quality standards and compliance practices
Liaise with government or regulatory agencies when needed to ensure lawful operations

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or process control—preferably within the logistics or express delivery sector
Familiar with ISO standards, operational risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks in logistics
Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and data visualization tools
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and training skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments

4. Inventory & Special Projects Analyst

Job Responsibilities :

Lead and execute key strategic projects to improve operational efficiency and delivery quality across the network
Develop project plans, define milestones, and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and monitor process changes
Oversee daily operations within the control tower to ensure smooth logistics flow and prompt response to disruptions
Analyze and optimize control tower metrics to identify areas for improvement and mitigate delays or issues
Monitor and report on quality metrics such as loss and damage rates, return rates, and delivery accuracy
Identify trends and develop actionable insights to address quality concerns in the delivery process
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to implement corrective actions
Use data-driven insights to propose and implement solutions that enhance delivery quality and operational efficiency
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, customer service, procurement) to ensure the alignment of quality and project goals

Minimum Qualifications :

Solid understanding of key logistics metrics and performance indicators (e.g., on-time delivery, loss and damage, return rates).

Preferred Qualifications :

Job Responsibilities :

Analyze and improve lead time and cost across all legs (first mile, sortation, linehaul, last mile).
Identify process bottlenecks and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (linehaul, sort, last mile, FM) to align performance targets and processes.

6. Performance Management Lead

Job Responsibilities :

Drive performance review cadences (daily/weekly/monthly) with hub leaders and operations managers.
