Saat ini PT Vivo Mobile Indonesia membuka rekrutmen untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaker)

• As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a training program designed to prepare you for a leadership role within our company. You will gain practical experience and in-depth knowledge in various functions, including Production, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Engineering, and Warehouse.

If you are someone with :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Willing to be placed in PT vivo Mobile Indonesia Factory – Cikupa, Tangerang.

And you are ready to :

• Learn and acquire knowledge of the company’s management practices, operational processes, and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of various management strategies and plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Contribute to team efforts in various projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating a proactive approach.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to build skills and competencies relevant to your career development.
