PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk adalah perusahaan memiliki sejumlah portofolio aset bisnis yang berkualitas tinggi dalam rantai nilai mineral strategis dan bahan baku baterai kendaraan bermotor listrik (electric vehicle/”EV”) yang terletak di Sulawesi Tengah dan Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia.

Pada awal Januari 2023, Merdeka mengumumkan sejumlah opsi pasar modal yang terbaik bagi MBM untuk mewujudkan ekspansi hilirnya, salah satunya adalah usulan untuk melepas saham MBM ke lantai Bursa Efek Indonesia, sebagai anak perusahaan yang menjadi perusahaan publik.

Pendirian perusahaan bahan baku baterai yang terdaftar dan terintegrasi secara vertikal dengan signifikansi secara global akan memaksimalkan nilai portofolio aset berkualitas tinggi dan akan memberikan akses ke modal baru untuk memungkinkan MBM mewujudkan proyek ekspansi hilir.

Lowongan Kerja PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk

Saat ini PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Finance Assistant Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in payment processing, cash flow forecasting, liquidity managemen, and banking relationships
• Manage and execute the end-to-end payment processing cycle, implementing a strict 3-way matching protocol to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supervise the meticulous preparation and timely submission of all mandatory deliverables and reporting in connection with loan and facility agreements
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions to optimize financial services and support
• Experience in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of financial principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communicaiton skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high of accuracy

2. Accounting Assistant Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and analysis
• Mandatory experience working at a public accounting firm and a multinational company (MNC)
• Perform month-end closing process, ensuring all entries and reconciliations are comprehensive and detailed listings for all balance sheet accounts, and perform thorough reconciliations between the listings and the general ledger to guarantee data integrity
• Assist in preparing and reconciliations the production report with the Cost of Goods Sold calculation, providing critical insights into operational effeciency and profitability
• Conduct regular inventory stock takes, ensuring the physical inventory count aligns perfectly with the accounting records
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Ms Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

3. Tax Supervisor

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in tax, with a focus on compliance and reporting
• Oversee and ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations for all financial transcations, including withholding tax and VAT
• Supervise the meticulous preparation, timely payment and accurate submission of all monthly and annual tax returns
• Manage and perform the corporate income tax calculation, ensuring adherence to the latest tax laws and standards
• Conduct comprehensive tax planning and analysis to identify strategic opportunities for tax optimization and mitigate compliance risks
• USKP (Ujian Sertifikasi Konsultan Pajak) certification is preferred
• Working experience in a multitational company (MNC) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of local and national tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solvign, and communication skills
• Proficiency in tax software and Ms Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

4. Finance Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role
• Solid understanding of financial principles and practices
• Knowledge of payment processing, cash flow forecasting and liquidity management is a plus
• Excellent is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

5. Accounting Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Working experience at a public accounting firm is preferred
• Solid understanding of acounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
